No matter how much i polish it stays dark and don't match the 14k gold. Not to mention, it left about half an inch of discoloration and metal that is too hard and lost the natural flaw of the necklace thread (soldered part). I'm very disappointed. The lady at the store is not friendly either. Waste of money and time!

Not only is their store full of quality jewlery, their customer service, repair services are beyond excellent! This family shows their concern for you and want you to be satisfied with their service and products. I had a small ring that my husband gave me on out 25th wedding anniversary. Due to arthritis, I needed to have the ring cut off. I was so saddened to think I would lose this. (My husband passed in Dec. 2019, so all my treasures from him are treasured memories.) Removing the ring was difficult, but Sayat - with Selin and his niece, they persevered with care and were able to remove it in such a shape that Sayat could rebuild it for me. I picked it up today and wanted to cry! It is more beautiful that on the day I got it 27 years ago. I will return. On January 8 2025 I went into Premiere Pawn Shop and purchased a watch for $30..I wore the watch…read morethe following day on my birthday and I wore it again January 27 when I returned the watch and the clasp separated and dropped with no damage to the watch the clasp just fell off...I went into Premiere Pawn today February 4th 2025..Employee Jason was standing outside...he walked in right before me as I walked up to the counter..I presented him with the watch explaining what happened stating I did not have my receipt he asked for my telephone number I stated that I didn't want a refund just maybe a simpler watch or credit...after looking at the computer for about 3 or so minutes he says sorry he couldn't help me and suggested I take it to Jared's Jewlery to have them repair it and I asked is Premiere Pawn going to pay for the repair he replied No I asked for the store manager he replied I'm the store manager and I asked what the lady who was the store manager each time I'd done business here before he said let me go get her but she's going to tell you the same thing I said please go get her Jason went into the back after a minutes he returned and said come back in a hour she's on lunch but she's going to tell you the same thing..I left the store how can I get a refund or a store credit for my $30 purchase the watch is broken the clasp just slid right off of the watch band..Ernest Butler

Lance's has customers for life in us. Their work is beautiful and they clearly don't aggressively mark up their prices like some in this area!

I will start this off by stating that I am waiting on a repair to my ring so will update in a week…read moreor so and that everyone here has been very nice, welcoming, and helpful. My husband (at the time fiancé) stopped by here to see about getting his ring size. The staff was very friendly and helped him figure out his proper size. He discussed designing a custom ring while there and we have been highly considering working with them to create one. A few days before the wedding I needed to get my rings sized (engagement ring sized down and band sized up). They were very busy, but said they could get it done and would have it ready by that Friday. I called around lunch Friday to see if it was ready so we could pick it up. They said it would be ready. My fiancé went to pick up the rings and they were not ready yet. He waited on them to be completed and we were glad we got them in time for the wedding (and I will give major kudos because they cleaned them and I did NOT think they were that dirty, but boy did the set clean up nicely). However, we realized they did not quite sit properly together as there is a swoop on the band to allow it to sit up under the stone and the swoop shape was not quite right. I also lost a small accent diamond out of the engagement ring that had been sized down. I figured they were a bit rushed since my fiance was waiting for them to be completed and potentially did not get to check all of the settings/double check how the two fit with each other so I wanted to give them the chance to make it right as I know they did mention that they typically do several quality checks on everything. I made it back in and showed them the rings. They looked up my account and said they would make it right. They are currently working on the repairs and I am hopeful I'll be happy with the results. Even with the mishap and partially because of it I give them 4 stars. They clearly stand by their work and are willing to make things right and that goes a long way in business. Everyone there I have come into contact with has been very pleasant and helpful with a kind smile and that also speaks volumes. I look forward to getting my wedding set back and updating the review. Update: definitely still not right. Not happy with the fix. The engagement ring I'm fine with. I feel like with the band they flattened it out when they sized it up to extend it and that just set everything off center. The stones don't line up on the side anymore. The swoop was originally more up and down and the band is staggered like the engagement ring. Thus, the swoop sits under the stone and kind of locks it in place. Now, the swoop just lays below the stone and is not even proper to let it fully sit on top of it and moving the band and flattening it makes it not line up with the engagement ring and still gap. I'm over dealing with it and will potentially look to have it repaired elsewhere. Thankfully the plan is to make a custom ring set using this set's stones, but I really did want it to be done properly so I could enjoy this set while I have it. Bumping down to 3 stars.
