Yesterday I went because it had been a little while and I wanted to see what was in store. After some browsing I decided to look at the purses behind the desk. I had never had the issue of looking at the bags briefly and asking someone if it was okay if I carried my finds around. This time when I decided I wanted to look and one of the employees (she had red hair but I didn't catch her name) RUDELY stopped me and said "you can't go back there" I have never had an issue like this prior. I understand like changing policy or saying "hey sorry you can't go back there but if you need help or wanna see something let me know" but she didn't do any of those things. She rolled her eyes and just said "policy". I really didn't want to pull a Karen on this girl but she was being so disrespectful! I'm not sure if there's a new management or what is going on but all I do know is I'm very unimpressed with the staff now that was once so kind. Not sure if I will be coming back, someone needs to talk to the employees about notifying customers in a polite way before I think about coming back again.
