This is one of my favorite thrift stores. The store itself is smaller, however the inventory is really great! I've found Loft items with tags still on and a coach purse at a very reasonable price. Yes it's a little more expensive than a traditional Goodwill, but the items you can find are really great! This one is a can't miss for me! read more

Walking downtown Fort Myers. Found this little Goodwill Boutique item discounts if you have registered. Wednesday is senior day for more discounts then look for the colored tag for that day and more discounts. I found a lot of high end things. They have name brand bags like Vera Bradley. Books,glass things clothes. Also art work pictures, and I don't buy Christmas things but they had loads of that. People were friendly. They have fitting rooms too. Was a nice little trip downtown. Been here 44 years and just enjoyed like a tourist. read more

This place is very cute and has a unique boutique vibe. However, for a goodwill it is pricey, if you are looking for some name brand discounts this is the place but overall I didn't think it was worth the price. The staff are awesome!! I did get this and was happy about it. read more

My husband and I always stop by this Goodwill Boutique when we are in West Palm. The layout of this particular store is pretty much exactly the same as the layout as the neighboring Boutiques in the area. The ladies that work at this store are always the kindest and most helpful ladies. We have been coming here for severals years, and regardless of who is working that particular shift, the experience is always a pleasant one. I have found several pieces of clothing in this store that had never been worn, and that are designer label at a fraction of their original cost. They have a good selection of shoes, sunglasses, accessories, and clothing at this location. The space is small, however; the visual manager makes very good use of each corner of the store. If you are in the area, this is a must stop! I highly recommend! read more

It's hit or miss here! I go sometimes and find great items with fair prices, other times I don't see much of anything or they've priced things way too high! For instance, I saw an American Eagle long sleeve top preowned for $12 last time I was there! I could go to a regular Goodwill and get one just like it for $5! I did find a great Missoni dress there once, as well as a few cute BCBG tops-one still had tags! Bring quarters for the parking meters, since it's downtown. Also, this store does not go with the 1/2 off color schedule like the rest of the Goodwills in the area-Yellow is always 1/2 off. read more

I started dropping into this store every now and then to try to track down old vinyl records. My last two trips I found a few records for a dollar a piece. Madonnas like a virgin, some old Disney albums, piano man by Billy Joel. I also found an LV handbag for my wife that I assumed was a knock off but it turned out to be the real deal according to the LV store at Waterside shops. I write this review however to highlight a wonderful young woman named Jasmine. She had been working their for about 7 months and is as pleasant and professional as can be. Clean store! Well organized with reasonable prices on quality items. Needs more donations to really offer a good variety of sizes and styles. Great location and easy to find. Parking can be a problem on the downtown streets. Parking meters during daytime hours. My daughter and I found great vintage clothing for a steampunk event we were going to! read more

A good place to find some great deals on designer merchandise (including items new with tag) while supporting a great mission, but buyer beware: they are supposed to only show merchandise which is higher end and thus you expect to have the higher prices they sell at compared to other Goodwills. Unfortunately, they were showcasing what ended up being a fake Gucci handbag in their front case. I was about to buy what was a real Coach bag (still had original brown bag with it) and the sales girl showed a cute Gucci bag to us. We didn't look at it carefully because the whole point of the store is that someone checks everything for the "boutique" items (they even had some $900 Christian Louboutin shoes identified, marked and displayed for $200 so we felt it was safe to trust them), but after chatting up with her and her showing us the difference in damage between the two (a tear in the leather vs. a pen mark on white leather) we ended up with the "Gucci." All the clothes we purchased there, including a brand new with tags Nautica Tie, were in excellent condition and the genuine article. It is just too bad that we now spent $25 on a "Gucci" bag that was damaged but turned out to be a knock off (no serial number, nothing) when for $10 more they had a genuine Coach that just had a pen mark. Make sure you double check what you buy, but otherwise this is a great spot if you want to support their mission and/or want to wear nicer made clothing and accessories but can't afford to get them new. I've never owned items like this before so it was fun to think I got a great price since they were used, but I guess it was too good to be true! Store is very clean and bright. Staff is friendly. We will definitely go back again but will just be a lot more careful next time! read more

I am definitely a bargain shopper. I love to dig for cheap deals. When I visited Florida I wanted to go to many different types of thrift stores. Thrift stores mostly never disappoint me...even if it's dirty. This Goodwill Boutique doesn't have the Goodwill vibes. When I walk into a Goodwill I want to feel excited to dig and find a good deal. However, this "goodwill" is all organized by high end brands and they have way higher prices for their clothes. The store was also very small and they didn't have much in there. They also didn't have much stuff in my size. Overall, it was mediocre. It was cool to see a different style goodwill owned store however, they didn't have a wide variety of sizes or clothing options. read more

Very clean and well organized by labels. Many new items with original tags still on item. Got Jones New York animal print top for $7.99 and While House Black Market ankle pants for $7.99. Senior day is Wednesday. Will definitely go back. Best organized of all the thrift shops I visited in Fort Myers, Naples, or Bonita Springs. Great selection and nicely displayed. read more

Very nice clean store but really... It's still a Goodwill! Prices are extremely high for donated items. There is something to be said for the retails stores when you go in and dig and find good deals. Been there done that, won't go back. read more

I hate to give my secrets away. But I never leavehere without some beautiful terrific deals. Including jimmy Choo shoes Ralph Lauren dresses St. John skirt and sweater. This Goodwill is meant more for women than men. The mens section is very small, overpriced, and has a lot of stuff that you would find in the regular Goodwills. On a positive note, there are a fair share of shirts that are new with tags and if you can find a 1/2 off sticker you can get a good deal. read more
