If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. The lack of social awareness and empathy towards their customers is insane. If you're going to gossip on the clock about people, especially customers, at least do it quiet enough to where your customers can't hear you. I've been in there a few times and every time that Olivia girl is there, she has a super stuck up attitude and is extremely rude to the customers and other employees. What's also crazy is how I overheard her talk about her church but then she has this mean, judgmental attitude. It's NOT a good look on the store or role model for the other young girls working there. Best thing this business could do for itself is get this girl off of her high horse and hire someone else who is actually a good person. Clearly from these other reviews on here, this is a reoccurring issue that NEEDS to be dealt with. read more

Wonderful selection of clothing! However, if you're hoping to make a little money on your consignment items, might not be the place. They pay you outright once they pick through your items. Sounds good, right? However, they gave me $20.06 for three Tommy banana items still with tags on ( retail over $130 each) . I truly love shopping here. It's a great selection of clothes and it's women only so you're not picking through different things. It's more expensive than goodwill but I justify it because I'm not having to do the digging to find something decent. HOWEVER, the people that work here are not my cup of tea. I constantly feel judged by the folks behind the counter. Every single time that I come in. Today pushed me over the edge though. Today the staff watched me struggle in the rain to get two huge trash bags of clothes into the store, let me walk all the way up to the counter and then finally tell me that they are no longer accepting sales for the day. The said they had an event and were understaffed so they stopped accepting sales. I asked when they'd be open tomorrow obviously wanting to come back and there was no offer to hold my items I just struggled with overnight and also no one to hold the door for me while I carried everything back out into the rain to my car. The true shame is that after shopping around the store for a while while they looked through my things I probably would have been told my stuff would sell better at Plato's or that they need to be washed first or some other excuse besides just simply not wanting my things like they have in the past. Two recommendations from this situation: 1. Send out texts when there's no more buying for the day like Plato's closet does, I know that you're sister companies. OR post it at the door at least. 2. Hire employees with more kindness, compassion, empathy, mindfulness, etc. I truly don't think I'll be back for a while because I felt so humiliated. read more

DO NOT waste your time taking high end items to this place. We took a pile of designer handbags and leather goods and scarves to them only to have them handed back to us untouched, not even gone through, with a snotty "we don't take polyester" response. Second act down the road appreciated the vintage Louis Vuitton I'd tucked in there and the Hermès scarf. Oh and that gorgeous leather jacket and belt. We were prepared to give them away but after your claim to be a proprietor of high end goods we thought we'd check you out. Rude staff. Won't be back. Have been trying to get there for months. Finally I made there today. No sign sign on the door to wear masks. Had my mask on then I went in,was stared at by staff and customers. Did a quick walkabout,avoiding the anti maskers and left within a few mins. Wasn't terribly impressed by the merchandise,but didn't spend enough time to find cool stuff. I have shopped at this establishment for several years. Sadly, the owner no longer has a presence in the store and her customer service has been relegated to a handful of rude and disrespectful teens and young adults. I know how the store is supposed to function because my daughter worked there years ago. Don't bother to take your resale items in to the store as they will not be considered for purchase by this crew of individuals, particularly if it is change of shift. I was told that it would take 30-40 minutes to go through my items. I wandered through the store and observed the counter. My items were moved from the check in counter to the check out counter in a few minutes. Never even looked at them. Most had tags on them and many were purchased from this particular store. I never received a text stating that my items were complete. One of the young women was too busy shopping for her own items, texting on her phone and being incredibly rude to the other customers. I watched as other individuals suffered the same experience. It was clear that the two behind the counter were lazy and just couldn't be bothered to expend any effort. I left the store to run an errand down the street and returned to find my items in the same location. The blond shouted to me from across the store and said that I could take everything back stating, "She looked at it and said there were marks on it." Really? I was born during the day, but not yesterday. I used to frequent this place of business and recommended it to many people. No more. I won't even step foot in it. Furthermore, I will discourage people from going there. It is a shame because Carolyn is a great person. It is too bad she and her store are at the mercy of this motley crew. read more

I have to say my new favorite place. I've been selling my kids gently used clothes for years and had a great experience. But this place was amazing from beginning to end. Let's start with the customer service, as soon I walked in and was immediately greeted. As the process began everyone went smoothly. This store is soo amazing! They have a great selection of gently used clothes and even some clothes with tags still on them. Great brands like lily Pulitzer, torrid, Calvin Klein, banana republic, j. Crew, LV, Torrey Burch, coach to name a few. Tons of purses, shoes and jewelry to purchase as well. They have great customer service. A nice young man set up a fitting room for me so I didn't have to carry all of my clothing selections while I shopped. Really outstanding service. The rest of the staff was complimentary and helpful. Although I am from out of state I was able to purchase my item without any problems or headaches online. The employees respond in a timely manner and address any concerns. I was able to see plenty of detailed photos and they were thorough in the description of the item I purchased. I am absolutely pleased with the packaging as well.
