You would think if all if not most of your inventory is donated your prices wouldn't be so outrageous on certain items. I thought they were supposed to be helping folks. Apparently they are more into helping themselves. I like shopping Goodwill because you can find some decent things here & there however I bring my donations to those that actually help the poor in the community. Came here to do a donation drop-off. There's a separate entrance for that. Went ahead and moseyed on over to the store and browsed and was really impressed by the organization of all the items. They're also well-staffed; people standing by in red shirts ready to help and keep others from "helping themselves" if you know what I mean. I was greeted kindly when I entered. The prices I thought were reasonable. I seen a desk for $9.99 which would have looked nice re-furnished. I'm having doubts on the accuracy of that price. Really?! 10 bucks...it was definitely a steal. I seen a few quality sweaters and trench coats. Lots of nice baby clothing. They had pretty much everything here. Tvs, pillows, picture frames, kitchen appliances, washing machines, tennis rackets, bikes, clothing, luggage, toys. It's worth the hunt. Didn't really see any shoes worth browsing. I never do though, so maybe I'm just picky in that area ha. Enjoy! read more

Christopher - "Retail Team Lead" had the audacity to follow me to my vehicle and called me a liar. All because he believed someone gave me wrong pricing on an item. I have a video of him harassing me - calling me a "liar" and telling me "not come back to this particular location." He quickly changed his behavior when he found out I was recording him. He made me feel as a thief. I did not steal anything. I paid for the item at the price agreed by Goodwill. These items are donated and I'm kindly helping the community by buying used/recycled items. This gentleman should not be working for Goodwill. I will not donate or buy anything from Goodwill going forward. This has to be corrected. I encourage you to do the same. Poor management some clothes doesn't have the color tag they still sells them, and because we can't try them there they said they don't give back your money but they give you sertain days to exchange it but with credit and if you can't find any thing that doesn't fit you completely loose your money and they don't give you back. I have this problem, I was looking for blue jeans and all the sizes where wrong sizes keep going back to exchange it ,but the manager was rude since she found one of the clothes doesn't have tag didn't give back my credit I complain but all those two managing stuff didn't do rally good job, I don't know if all the people have disabilities working there? or they don't like the job . But I still think that they're not doing good job. And I mean raging all clothes and then when it doesn't fit you and try to exchange them for other things they say that it doesn't belong to the store. read more

I found stuff here all the time. Today I found a 400.00 juicer made my jack kordich for 29.99. You can find good stuff here! I haven't gotten so many good things for really cheap at all goodwill. I will always ship here. read more

My visit today was amazing. I eyed so many inexpensive yet items that were in perfectly good condition. However, you will find some clothes and other items that are a bit pricey. Some even still had the tags on it. I will definitely be returning. It has been totally remodeled. Very spacious. I doubt if my eye caught anything that was too tattered to be resold. I've came across those type of thrift stores before. Goodwill and Buffalo Exchange are my go to places now for resale. read more

This used to be my favorite Goodwill. I'm not sure who is doing the pricing lately but they are becoming a bit outrageous and ridiculous. I imagine the employees sit in the back now and are asked to pre checked items prices in comparison with eBay or perhaps Amazon. If I wanted to shop those prices guys I would just log on and do so. The thrift store experience used to be fun and a bit exciting like a treasure hunt because you never knew what you would come across that was priced just right. Unfortunately I think I've had my last visit today. Saw many nice things but the prices were unbelievable, especially for items that were donated and basically free to them. I get we don't live in the times of .99 cents items anymore but I don't exactly want to pay for Steve Lufburrows mortgage either. Lol read more

crooks charged my debit card multiple times and bled me dry then claimed my card was declined and i had to bring cash and they also took that. i'll be calling corporate and disputing them as fraud to my bank. read more

All two reviews are invalid, because this Goodwill is Ghetto!!!!!!!. 1. I called twice and nobody picked up. 2. There is barely any items in this store 3. One person is checking out the customers 4. Nobody says Hello welcome to Goodwill like the store in chesterfield Virginia 5. Items in the store smell, also they are dirty/slimey Example: I pick up a lamp it's full of grease all of the lamps are broken 6. No plugs to plug anything into to see if they work 7. Broken Merchandise the christmas items were broke 8. Children running around the stores, playing with toys and breaking things and the parents just let them and ignore them and shop, the one person that was working told the children to stop playing with the bikes the parents didn't say anything and the woman had to get on the loud speaker 9. Toys don't have any pieces to them, Example: They had a cash register, vintage but wheres the money?, if a item is broken, or doesn't have the pieces to them a person can't use it therefore you throw it out, items are not excepted. read more

I have no idea what's happened to this store but it looks like it's going out of Business. The clothing racks are very sparse and what they do have is picked over. I don't give this store long at all unless corporate gets some inventory in! Also what is decent looking items are totally over priced. A dollar yard sale item with a $8.99 price tag is one example. It was a child's toy. Don't waste your time at this location. I'm pretty sure something fishy is going on there. read more

Goodwill is nice to recycle the things you don't use and maybe pick up something that has been recycled by someone else and find your own "treasure"! The stores always have something different, sometimes a great deal, sometimes not so much! lol read more

Horrible employees!! Worst attitude I've ever seen at a Goodwill store. I tried to make donations and they are so ungrateful. They tried to convince me to leave my reuseable bags and when I didn't want to they were rude. These for-profit corporations are becoming insufferable to donate to. read more
