I can't say anything negative about this location. It's clean, organized, kind and helpful staff, and great selection. I usually do not like goodwill but this one definitely is a gem. Might be a smaller goodwill compared to some but I got so many great things and not overly priced like many places. Will definitely make the trip back to the area to shop here. read more

Was quite impressed by this Goodwill in Huron. Most Goodwill stores that we have been in have a distinct smell, but this one didn't. There was a great selection and the prices were very reasonable. Would recommend coming to the Huron Goodwill. read more

very disappointing ,prices to high i purchased 1 electrical item and i didnt even get a bag or anything and it was raining outside . i feel goodwill doesnt value their customer , sure they will sell you a bag . Times sure have changed, I have stopped going to the store. Store in need of a manager PRICES are way to high here. Store seems very disorganized employees seem like they have a chip on their shoulder. Management lack the skills and training to provide a good job. Seems like a hostile work environment. Sandusky store is very disorganized.. Sizes are sometimes wrong. Not categorized well in clothing. Huron store not too bad, better clothing. However, the website needs to UPDATE their store hours. We went on a Saturday, we were keeping a schedule we had to have. The website said they opened at (9 a.m. onSsaturday, but when we arrived at the Huron store, the sign didn't have opening hours marked, just white tape over them. The store was closed. That threw our schedule off, so we went to Sandusky store on Perkins Ave, same thing but the sign said OPEN AT 10 a.m.. Wasted time and gas, messed our whole morning schedule up. We did manage to make it back to both stores and got a few pieces of clothing for way less than retail stores (thankfully we get our work clothing there). read more

So, I've shopped the Huron Goodwill for a number of years, including previous location near Drug Mart. Clothing prices are reasonable and they do a good job selling clean, undamaged clothes..but bric brac and household items, not so much..prices are jacked up on items of percieved value, regardless of current condition. I STRONGLY recommend asking to look at all items wrapped in bundles..ie. stacks of dishes, boxes of glasses, etc. I guarantee the majority of the time, you will find chipped, stained or well used goods under the viewable best pieces. I mentioned this to a clerk once, was assured it wasnt deliberate and went home to find a chipped dish in the set of six I paid for. This has occurred 7 times in the last 5 months, so yes, there is a pattern.Buyer beware and check all before you purchase. The store is clean, organized and very easy to shop. Stock levels are pretty consistent. Unfortunately, there is a loud, bossy supervisor/manager? that works a lot of nights and it's not pleasant to shop then as she's usually loudly bellowing instructions to associates. Not only is her delivery indicative of poor management skills it's also unpleasant for customers to have to listen to while shopping.. She needs to be trained properly on how to direct people while in a service setting. read more

I was also in this store! Staff is not friendly- when I was there it was kind of messy. Prices are high compared to other discount stores. But Sandusky store is more in disarray than Huron. Nothing good in either store - mostly junk! Very disappointed! read more

I visit Goodwill stores often and this one, albeit small, is one of the nicer, more organized Goodwill stores I have been to. I always seem to find something here. I must say that the prices at this location, as with all Goodwill locations, have gone up tremendously. This location wanted $15 for a large candle of a random brand, which is probably quite close to retail value. Similarly, wax melts with missing melts are being sold for very high prices. Moreover, a lot of the decorations I have seen in this store come from Dollar Tree, which charges $1-$1.25 for their items. Goodwill is reselling these same items for anywhere from $1-$3 and it is pretty shameful. These items are donated to Goodwill - you'd think they can come down a bit on the prices. read more

Staff is not personal and the prices are WAY TOO high. This is a thrift store and staff does not own stock. There is no need to price items as though it's coming out or into your own paycheck. Let go of the ego and remind yourself that this is a THRIFT STORE. read more

Good shopping. Smaller store but a great variety. Staff is nice. And helpful. Green tag was 50% off
