Felt as if I was being treated like I was at fault for the error or that I caused the issue. Not great being treated like a scammer after buying so much from them over the years. I was very helpful and doing everything I could to aid them but communication was very poor on their part. Will not visit again. Never has been the most pleasant Goodwill so I will not overlook this experience. Boo. Treat people better and don't expect the worst from people when dealing with issues.
