The manager, Connie was not even on site when things went wrong, takes your money, then charges you more then disappears. not helpful at all. I would not recommend this venue. She may be better with other type groups, but weddings are not her thing. The bride should not have to fold napkins, some of which were dirty, on her wedding day. I am certain there are much better venues to look at.

Connie was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had during the event planning process. We also had the bonus of beautiful weather that da so our group was able to enjoy lunch outside on the patio. That was a fun change of pace from our typical meeting lunch breaks. The prices make you feel like you made a great deal. All the staff I have encountered have been very friendly. They also seem to be taking good precautions with Covid such as posting signs enforcing proper mask usage and asking people to touch fewer items if they are not intending to buy. Their craft area is mostly knitting and crocheting, in addition, they have vintage sewing patterns and Knick knacks. There is also a small fabric sections with remnants of all sort of fabrics. I was so impressed by their book selection...big and organized by subject. I picked up four cooking books. I didn't get to go through the shoes and clothes because I was not looking for that. They also have a drop off donation drive thru with staff waiting to check and accept your goods. Overall, this is a great thrift store and I highly recommend it.

If you have no cash, you can use your debit or credit card to buy tokens at a central table which can be used at any of the stalls. It is an open-air market in a parking lot close to two major East/West Lansing bus routes, and is generally open from mid May through Mid October.
