I frequent this location and even though it's small, it doesn't feel crowded as other thrift stores I've been to. There isn't much a furniture selection but there's plenty of clothing and some household items. It's a fun way to spend some time and shop on a budget. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This was a new location for me that I stumbled across. I was killing time and stopped in a few stores while in the area. Like any other Goodwill thrift store they have quite an extensive collection of items for sale that changes daily. If you're looking to save some money on clothing, these are always a really good choice. I generally shop for more of the other items they have. I go through home, furnishings and kitchen along with whatever they have in the way of entertainment, electronics, and even toys. I did see quite a few interesting items here but nothing that Was truly essential for me at the time. When I have the time, I will always stop in their stores. read more

Goodwill, more like Goodgrief, the employees at most Goodwills and definitely at this one are rude, customer service is non existent and like so many other people are saying in their reviews, the prices are ridiculous. You can in some cases find the same item or clothing at a Ross or similar store cheaper. It's a buyer beware when your going to good will, check the prices on your phone and be ready to deal with rude employees and a Disney ride wait time at the register. read more

Goodwill has become a disgraceful company. Their prices are so ridiculously high especially considering everything is donated! I remember only 2 years ago the women's shoes were $6.99 a pair. I went into this location today and all the shoes were $19.99 and up! The dresses were more expensive than Ross or Marshalls. Mind you, this is a second hand, donated store! Considering this company is a FOR PROFIT company, they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of communities. DO NOT DONATE TO GOODWILL! These stores are a joke and the company and the CEO is greedy, these managers they have working at these goodwills only have their positions because other companies wouldn't hire them as a manager so they just give them the jobs just to have one warm body there. If you have anything to donate or you'd like to do some real thrift shopping go to the Christian sharing center on 1792 where they have real deals dollar clothes furniture and their prices are 50% lower or more than Goodwill. While I know thrift shops aren't organized, this one takes the cake and it can get pretty messy. Alongside that problem there always seems to be either junky or broken items. A good chunk of the prices here are a little on the higher side than one would think is appropriate. I've been to this location several times and have only ever purchased something twice. They also got rid of most of their books which sucks! The physical appearance of the store is old and needs some renovation. This location isn't worth going out of the way for and the only reason I stop in repeatedly is because I live near and this is one of my closer locations (unfortunately). The good side is they have a decent selection of clothing and around Halloween time they'll have a decent rack for costumes. read more

Every time I come in the store there is always one employee at the register and doesn't matter how long the line is. While I see 5 or 6 employees stacking shelf's. Poorly managed, fix this issue please. I've also seen this happen on a Saturday with 11 people in line. read more

Their prices there are absolutely horrible I can get a pair of jeans at Ross or Bealls outlet for two or three dollars cheaper for new jeans and then I can and Goodwill for used jeans . OMG what is really going on and everything is donated and I work there doing volunteer work so a lot of their employees are working free which they're getting tax write-offs on top of as well and they're supposed to be a nonprofit and give back to the community. I went to a Goodwill about 5 years ago I pray huge tragedy I endured after a hurricane where my storage and everything was flooded and I pretty much lost everything I went to Goodwill to try to get a pair of jeans and a pair of used work boots just so I can go to work cuz I literally lost everything. They looked at me crazy and told me there was nothing they could do and told me why don't I try salvation army. Being how devastated I was given the answer I was given at Goodwill I almost didn't even give it a try or give them the opportunity. Thank God I did the salvation army and also the Christian sharing center of 1792 right past 4:34 they provided me with five pair of work pants five shirts a belt socks work boots a backpack work gloves a case of water and also a month bus pass they also have a thrift store that is absolutely amazing and their prices will blow you away and they actually do give back to the community everything bought there is donated and all the money goes back to the homeless and to the community are real blessing thank you for listening to my experiences Eddie A. read more

This Goodwill has some decent things sometimes. I go in to look at the home items (have found some pretty glass vases) and the occasional shirt. Unfortunately they don't know how to stock the plus size clothes correctly and it's a mess thinking you're looking at something which might be your size... oh wait, it's a size 0. I know sometimes clients do the mistake of putting things in the wrong spots too... but it's just too many to be only the clients. Walk in, look around, you might find something you didn't realize you needed/wanted and it goes to a good cause. read more

This Goodwill I usually frequent once a week and is part of my thrifting route. It's clean, organized and smells better then most and the finds at this location have been great. My only issues are with the cashiers, they are very talkative and slow. They usually only have one person working them at a time and It becomes incredibly annoying having to wait 20min+ for a single item purchase because they don't wanna open another register. Overall this location is great for find and I would recommend seeing what they have in stock. read more

I'm happy to donate to Goodwill and also do shop there. But I do find the prices are considerably higher compared to other resale stores. More often than not they are not priced clearly on the items, and when you ask for a price, they can't sell it to you because there's nobody there to price it, and tell you to come back. I find that the isles are disorganized and some items are broken and they're trying to get high price for them. I do know that goodwill does a lot of good things for the community so I will continue to shop there, but one of my main concerns is how much the CEO makes yearly. read more

There was a manager there Billie she was a complete joy.if you frequent there you know her. Always working so hard but still had time for her customers. I heard today the store manager fired her for discounting an item. seriously? A good sized Goodwill with a little bit of everything - womens' and mens' apparel, footwear, furniture, housewares, linens and Target overstock. Ample parking and friendly staff. Never too crowded so it's easy to browse around leisurely. I usually find something, even if this store's not a treasure-trove. Protip: make sure the lock works on the dressing room you go into if you try something on. If you don't, well, don't say I didn't warn you. read more

4 stars for a good find and always organized Goodwill is always a hit or miss...but sometimes you can find something really good at a cheap price you can't beat! Specially clothing that is name brand, you just have to keep your eyes open because you never know what you're going to find. Also to take note, certain days of the week clothing is marked down an additional percentage off, depending on the color tag. Also if you are a student or military and show you ID, your purchase is always 10% off. Score! And it's easy to drop off donations at the back of the store. I just found out that all Good Will stores and Salvation Army don't except tube TVs...only flat screen. read more

This Goodwill is not closed and Thrift Depot is not there in its place. They have some decent Target overstock, women's clothes, pyrex, and furniture. Very rarely have I walked out empty handed. Staff is fairly friendly. There is also a 10% discount for college students. read more

UPDATE: This Goodwill has closed. Thrift Depot will be opening in its place. This Goodwill was opened in mid-2007, and surprisingly, it still seems new as of August 2008. It's one of the few thrift stores that hasn't acquired that thrift store smell. They've got a huge selection of women's and men's clothes, but their children's clothes leaves something to be desired. They don't have very much furniture or electronics, but they've got shelves full of trinkets and a pretty extensive CD and VHS collection (only a handful of DVDs). They have several nice fitting rooms, and even adequate bathrooms. The prices are pretty standard for Goodwill stores in the Central Florida area. This is a weekly shop for me!!! So much to look at! They get Target new old stock. I always find great swimwear for the kids here. I buy electronics and linens here too. Great electronics return policy...30 days with receipt to exchange. They have amazing wall art for less than $10!!!! The staff is the best! They are so helpful and wonderful! read more
