No store should sell unsealed cosmetics, hair or body care. Anything could have been added not to mention the bacteria. Everything was way overpriced. with a Rand new Good Will in Vermillion they'll be closed in a year if they don't lower their prices. it's better to move your stock at a lower price than to never sell it.
