I am a veteran thrift shopper. The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. The prices are ridiculous for a thrift store! $8 for eye shadow that is OPEN AND USED! No store should sell unsealed cosmetics, hair or body care. Anything could have been added not to mention the bacteria. Everything was way overpriced. with a Rand new Good Will in Vermillion they'll be closed in a year if they don't lower their prices. it's better to move your stock at a lower price than to never sell it. read more

Wow! I thought that some of the reviews may be a little wrong but holy cow! The prices in this consignment shop are astronomical!! Some of the items are actually more than what they cost new! I couldn't believe that they wanted $10 for a run down, stained up and scratched, warped end table. A cheap French coffee press was $29.99!!!!!!! The staff was courteous and said hello and goodbye but they didn't ask me if there was anything they could help with when I was obviously leaving without buying anything. The store is clean and air conditioned. The driveway is crushed rock and mud but not too bad. The biggest let down was that the prices were so horribly high. I'd rather drive a few miles south to a goodwill and get the same items for 5% of the prices this place wants for them. read more

Well organized and clean consignment/thrift store. Prices are sometimes a little high but the store also has discounts based on the color of the tag. I've consigned here too and it's been a good experience. read more

We enjoy stopping in and shopping in New 2 You. Enjoy the variety of items carried in the store. Usually always find something nice. Good selection of books and household items. Not disappointed with anything we have purchased. You do a very good job employees. Nice, friendly and clean as well. Color of tags makes for a fun surprise. read more

I went in looking for DVDs and Video Games expecting a few options. 2 stars only because the selection was okay and more than a typical pawn shop/consignment shop. Unfortunately, the prices for those items were way too expensive; 3 or 4 times more expensive than Goodwill. I probably won't go back. read more

Well, if there was zero stars option I'd give it in a heartbeat. I came here with high expectations it being a consignment store but alas it's just another thrift store. So ok it's just a thrift store...no big deal. The real big deal is the service level. I came yesterday with my aunt and was in a bit of a rush, we had about 45 minutes. During that time the clerk seemed put out the entire time whenever she had to deal with a customer. My aunt asked for a key to the dressing room in which the clerk snapped at her informing her the key along with what she took in needed to come back out and placed on the counter. My aunt came out of the dressing room and informed the same clerk there were 9 pairs of jeans in the dressing room left by other customers. She snapped again at my aunt. Needless to say we left just after due to our appointment. We came back today and I noticed she was rude to several other customers so it wasn't us. I'd wouldn't go back here again, it's not a true consignment and service is rude. read more

This is a great place to bring gently used or never worn items. It is much easier than having a garage sale. You can just bring things as you clean them out. It is very convenient. read more
