Haven't been here in awhile, it was like walking into a department store, things are priced so high I can pay less at Walmart. All there stuff is given to them from people like me and you. I went to the store last week,around 11:00am,wanted to purchase a few things,so my stuff came out to about $30,all I had on me was a $100 bill,the cashier didn't have the change in his drawer so he called to the back of the store and told em he needed change to cash a hundred, when the little man from the back came up front he rudely thanked me for wiping out his cash supply,soooo,I rudely told him to give me my $100 back and he could keep his stuff. That man shouldn't be working in the public! Needless to say,I will not be going back,besides that,their stuff looked like a winter display of stuff,no summer dresses,no good jeans,looks like the people picked through the clothes and put the worst stuff out, I couldn't believe it..... read more

The pricing in this place is beyond ridiculous! They have some things in there that are above retail even. I thought the point of goodwill was to get a bargain and for them to turn over inventory to raise money. I will never donate or darken their door again.. read more

This store used to have some really quality stuff. Then apparently word got out because all the good stuff goes as soon as the trucks pull in. YAY they hire the handicapped. YAY, the employees are friendly enough. Too bad there is nothing but stained broken stuff left now that the Ebayers are on to it. read more

This store has wonderful staffing ready and willing to help. The problem lies with in corporate. They need to learn that this is not a new stock retail location period. When I see christmas trees for $300.00 and I go check at walmart and the most expensive tree on the shelf is $199.00 there's a problem. or selling returns as new not knowing why the item was returned is almost blatant fraud. I have purchased christmas toys three times and in every case three non working toys. Third times a charm alright .I wont ever buy one again. There's zero consistency on pricing you cant compare ebay pricing if you dont know how to do it properly .#1 if your going to use them as a guide you have to look at sold items, not what some nut case is asking for it. #2 you can use an item that sold to a person living in california for 200.00 as a guide either go do a average annual income comparison of California,New York,or even Dallas compared to Mineola Texas.These are no brainers or should be.If your going to use ebay as a comparison then just sell it on ebay ohh thats right you dont want to pay all those fees,Get a Grip and change the name of the place to" WEWILL" as in We Will Get Bonuses, We Will Go On Vacation,and so on all courtesy of people with big hearts thinking they are doing good giving you their items for free so you can help people.Not help yourselves.Have a blessed day you need it. read more
