As of June 2025 this location has hit rock bottom. I normally come to the store once a month, and over the last 6 to 8 months after their management staff changed. Now they can't seem to keep employees, so every night at 5:30pm, sometimes 6pm, the employees close down dressing rooms and bathrooms with the excuse of having no one to clean them after dayshift. So please don't come here if you're an older person who makes frequent trips to the bathroom... Or you have small children because they will not allow you to use them. Not even for a second. The staff seems angry, and instead of speaking with their management or corporate office, they take their frustration out on the customers. Today was my last visit. It is 6:58 PM on June 23 and I will never step foot back in the store. read more

Ehh. If you're a frequent thrifter who enjoys searching for a great find, this Goodwill might not be the place for you. It is a somewhat large store with a variety of items. In the main section of the store the prices are pretty low, which is now. However, they pulled the "higher end" items and placed them in a new section called the "Goodwill Boutique" where they up the prices significantly. To me, it takes away the fun of searching for great things in the store. They are significantly staffed and have plenty of workers walking around to assist you when needed. A pretty small Goodwill with mostly clothing items. Really small book section. Large parking lot but there's a lot of garbage littered around the grass area. If you're looking for clothes, I would recommend. I'd you're looking for books, don't bother. read more

Positives: This store is always clean and organized, and the employees are always helpful, very friendly, and kind. Negatives: This store is WAY WAY WAY overpriced. It's ridiculous!! I have made comments to employees, and they tell me that prices are to the managers discretion. Look, I realize that this is a business and not a charity, but FFS it's a thrift store not a retail shop!! I'm a frugal shopper which is one of the reasons why I shop there. One of the ways I save money is to look up an item on Google and comparison shop online before I buy so I get the best price. So, with that in mind, OFTEN when I visit this particular location, I see items that can be purchased brand new in the store, or online for almost the same price, without the wear and tear that you often find on the identical item at this Goodwill. I regularly see items that can be purchased BRAND NEW at the Dollar Tree (which means it's $1 for those who aren't familiar with this store) but are visually worn out and priced for $1.50 - $4 at this Goodwill! WTH!?! I've even seen garbage (like used vlassic pickle jars) on their shelves for $1.35. I have pictures! I've tried to address this with the management there and they tell me they price according to the market. I've tried addressing it with corporate and they tell me it's up to the managers discretion. So there's a flaw in the system. I want to patronize this store because it's close to my house, but I refuse to pay retail price for donated item. So, I now take my business and my donations to His House, and other charity thrift stores that support a good cause. read more

Manager would not sell toy at the marked prices all over the box. She all but accused my daughter of changing the prices when anyone could see the stickers weren't tampered with. Manager claimed they have to make a living and she would not give the toy at the marked price. Aren't the items donated? Manager said she was going to review the security tapes to see if the toy was tampered with. Shame Shame Shame. Don't shop there, you will get ripped off. read more

I have been to this location a few times. It is fairly small compared to other Goodwill locations in the area. They don't get much furniture or home goods. The majority of the inventory is clothing. The restrooms here are much cleaner and pleasant than other locations. The staff is friendly as well. I just wish Goodwill would lower their prices to what they used to be. It is a thrift store after all. Sometimes they will do 50% off sales on certain categories though. One day when I went, they were doing 50% off of all women's clothing! That was awesome, so keep an eye out for those sales! read more

I have a love hate relationship with Goodwill. Sometime their are items are overpriced, but then other times you get incredible deals. My wife ended up buying something that she didn't really need, but was marked half off, and was already a steal at the regular price. read more
