She even visited my house to see my living room, to help me with some design tips that I asked for, and to measure my living room before I decided to proceed with the couch purchase. When I later returned to Dan-Rich to get a matching ottoman custom made, she helped me with that, too. The couch has aged very well and is as almost as beautiful as it was when I bought it. Dan-Rich has a lot of inventory packed in the showroom with a nice variety of price points. Doesn't feel all "chainy" and corporate like a lot of furniture places do. Definitely worth a visit to check it out. Recommend.
