These are definitely not your typical GW employees in this location! They act like they're guarding the Chanel store lol. As I was browsing, I was rudely spoken to by a redheaded employee numerous times who kept telling me not to touch things, put them back exactly where I found them and I do mean exactly. I had items in my cart and another employee asked me if I was going to actually purchase them or just put them back someplace where they don't belong. Worst Goodwill experience of my life! My husband & I have been here to drop off items more than a few times. Every time we are greeted with a friendly welcome smile. The goodwill agent is always ready with a cart to help us get our boxes out of our vehicle for us or with us. They are very polite if there is something we may have that they do not take. Which we appreciate the honesty. The store inside is very clean and organized. They have something for everyone, even if you're NOT looking for something. Plus...the prices are great. Very disappointed in drop off. The guy that I was dealing was rude. Refused to take quality, recent books that I had bought. A female associate told me to throw excess books in the trash. if Good Will is going to pick and choose items items , the public needs to know. read more

This Goodwill has great prices, especially after coming from Connecticut, and is very clean and organized.

This store is very well organized and clean. They don't have special color coded tags like I'm use to. Items are a set price. It would be very helpful if the prices were listed. I had to ask the cashier to give me the run down and of course I forgot some of the $ ‍ The only clothing that had a visible placard were the children's clothing @$2.99. To give you an idea of prices skirts $4.59, dresses $5.99, handbags $5.99. There are pros and cons to set pricing. The pro is you can get something that worth much more then they've priced it for like the leather crossbody bag I got, but you can also see things that aren't worth the set price. Either way it's worth a look . The staff is very friendly and will answer any and all questions. SN: they don't provide bags. Either bring your own or you can purchase a Goodwill reusable bag. The reason is because this is a beach area and they want to Preserve the ocean without plastic bags interfering with the ocean ecosystem. read more

I enjoyed coming here to shop usually greeted with "welcome to goodwill," nothing is said. As I walk around looking at empty shelves, the stickers' prices are decent others are just ridiculous. The clothing is light I also see four dressing rooms, only two open. The furniture area has reasonable pricing and other pieces are a little pricy. if I ask about anything, it's like a conspiracy of silence; the employees say nothing they just scurry away I feel my stop by goodwill today was odd I guess it was just one of those days. As I left the store I notice some of the employees are walking to there car or just hanging at the donating door. read more

I actually went there looking for something specific that had just been donated. ( Long story lol ). It was my first time there. Nothing was priced just color coded tags. So I asked if they had sale days or specials and how do you know the price ? The young girl was nice but said "No never, all items are a set price and that's it !' So I asked if it was priced by the color tag ? She said No and pointed to a small blue 8x10 sheet of paper and said those are the prices. On the paper was listed all the types of clothing with a single price for each type. So I proceeded to look for the one item I had come for. Which I did find !! Along with about $200.00 more. Clothing is mostly $4.59 I believe. I also had other household items that are priced individually. In all actuality I probably had more than $200. While looking at my final haul I noticed 3 articles of clothing that were damaged (holes or seams ripped out ) 2 I could probably fix or have fixed and one had 3 holes ( not mendable) in the center of the back. So I asked if they could come down on the price for those items. The girl was polite but said no that's the price. So I asked to speak to a manager. Now mind you these are donated free items they receive , they don't mend,CLEAN,fix or pay for any of it. So a young Latino male was walking up and asked what was wrong. So I explained the situation and asked if he could do a lesser price on the 3 items that were clearly not wearable without being fixed and that's even if they could be fixed. 1 definitely couldn't but the other 2 were possibilities. He said NO the price is the price. I was kinda shocked. So I asked if he was the manager. He responded with "I'm part of the management team ". Then he proceeded to get rude telling me I obviously don't know how business works ! I then told him I had been in management longer than he's been alive and if someone is even willing to pay for an unwearable ripped article of clothing you at least try to work with them. Especially since those were not my only items. His response was " We'll be happy to put them back for you "! I responded with "Well you can put all of it back then because I wouldn't spend a dime in this store. So have a nice day ! And I left. Unfortunately I didn't get the one thing I had come for and found !! But he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Especially since I was about to spend a few hundred dollars and he wouldn't even offer ANY kind of discount on less than $15.00 worth of ruined clothes that will most likely end up in the trash. But I'm the one that doesn't know how business works !! Now I know why the people in this area have told me not to shop there !! read more

It was a little confusing to find and behind it there is a Goodwill Community Service Center and they have a Goodwill sign posted which is along side Ollie's Bargain Outlet; GPS' don't like parking lots - but we figured it out. The store is clean a little bit musty but hey it's used stuff so I always expect to sneeze. The bathrooms were clean. I found a huge Batman Signal light for $5.99; and a new battery operated card shuffler for my grandsons for $2.99. The Batman light was the envy of other shoppers as they past by and said 'Wow that's a great find!'. Shopping Goodwill's are a hit or miss experience. This Goodwill will be stay on my favorite store list. read more

I went with a friend of mine looking for beach type decor for her house. She found quite a few things since we live at the beach . The selection is moderate and the placement is rather erratic. When I walked in it smelled like old people and depression. As I was browsing they kept ringing the bell announcing "new items" but all it did was trigger my PTSD. The employees were pleasant enough but screamed across the store when discussing whatever they discuss at Goodwill. My friend found a nice "beachy" coffin for her beach towels. I found her a shirt that still had the tags on it but she hates it because she thinks it makes her look like a fat midget stripper. Can't please everyone. read more
