One of the best Goodwill's I have been to by far! There are so many treasures to be found here. Being in the Sarasota area where it's known to be a little wealthier, I knew there'd be good thrifting. This store was so organized and pretty clean, and had a ton of stuff. They have a lot of nice vintage clothing if you're willing to search. A little disappointing was the graphic tee selection which was almost nonexistent, literally half a rack, but other than that there was so much. If you need shoes, they have 2 sections full, for men and women. There's of course so many rows of women's clothing. But there's also some really nice home stuff. I got an almost brand new Calphon pan for like $7. What I also like that they do here is you can have a loyalty phone number. I haven't heard of many Goodwills doing this but maybe I've just been to the wrong ones. But once you sign up, they have a color tag each week that's an extra 50% off and you can use this at any Goodwill in the Sarasota area. Shout out to the worker who checked us out and made sure we got this discount- I wish I remembered his name but he was so kind and helpful. For the people saying this is expensive I'm a little confused. Most all of the clothes were $10 or less that I could see, I got a pair of nice heels for under $10.. And the deals you can find here are still so much better than actual retail price. read more

Best Goodwill I've ever been to ever! Prices are fair, and always good beach and bedding finds.

Great store, with a lot of name brand items. Some of which where brand new! I enjoyed going there, just seems like the price is a little high on random items...but you can always ask for the manager and get a better price/discount! read more

I have shopped at this Goodwill for years. The non manager staff is excellent.. new computer system and my information didn't allow Tara manager, to find my information. Tara sent an email I believe to get help on helping me but she wouldn't do or didn't know that information had to be put back in. With other Goodwill's were aware of. A manager named Ben was totally unprofessional . He said he is just back from Vacation and wouldn't help n any way. Said if you want to file a complaint he said "go for it"and hung up on me. ThisGoodwill as far as merchandise is great but this management staff I encountered today is beyond poor. I left not able to purchase after after a 40 minute ride. read more

I don't even want to tell you about this Goodwill. Honestly, there is an internal battle raging within me right now. When I lived 45 minutes away I would drive to Sarasota especially to go to Marie Selby, then here. I've found an antique Italian wooden tray I gave my sister for Christmas, more real down throw pillows for $4 than I will admit to buying, and paintings, photographs, an incense burner, a bamboo wine rack, a coffee table, and several tin and silver plate trays. I don't even look at clothing, which I'm sure is fantastic! If I had need, in the last month I could've bought a Lauren armoire, a beautiful kidney-shaped writing desk, a set of Noritake dishes, and several handbags and pair of shoes. I have to pace myself visiting here- but it's hard because the employees are so awesome! Dean is always willing to say hi and take a moment to see if you're looking for anything special, and the checkout ladies will leave a smile on your face and a spring in your step. First goodwill that I visited that did not have a color of the week half off and they don't accept the goodwill rewards program. Video games are locked up and are price individually, cheapest one was 3.99. read more

Wow! What a great thrift store! Huge inventory and nicely organized. Didn't feel dark or cramped like so many others.

You can't beat the price by having Michael kor / j crew items at goodwill... Is amazing and I love it...

Don't buy electrical appliances at Goodwill. They are not tested and you only have 24 hours to return if they don't work. Let the buyer beware. read more
