Amazing finds and store location! Was in a hunt for a particular item and era look. So many golden finds!! Will come again!

I keep going back again and again, hoping to find some sales or something within my price range (like they used to). I love what they do, but this is certainly not thrift store prices. I can absolutely buy most of the items brand new for the same price or less. I'm hesitant to write a review but I am unable to give them feedback on their Facebook page and feel they need to hear from typical shoppers that they are pricing out a great percentage of their potential patrons. I do know they have sales for specific color tags, but those are very few and far between. Even then, a 50 or 75% off price is what the item should have originally been marked for. read more

I just ADORED this thrift store. I was visiting Sarasota as an avid thrifter, and I stopped because of the reviews. They had mark-down color tags for the day, and all of my items were either 50% or 75% off. They had an AMAZING inventory. Everything was high quality and unique. I didn't see one item in that store that felt "junky." I actually found many designer items at a very reasonable price. I found this adorable folk ceramic doll that I just had to purchase (see photo). The staff were kind and attentive. All of the proceeds go to a great cause - I would highly recommend this thrift store to anyone in the area! read more

Don't waste your money. Horrible customer service with an owner/mgr who has the class and temperament of a chimp. We witnessed terrible/rude customer service towards the elderly and they outright ignored customers if they didn't look well to do. Also, it is not even a thrift store as named, it boasts slightly overpriced estate items being resold as "thrift". It's cramped and smells of mold. Horrible experience. read more

I brought in three like-new Penguin shirts, a new seersucker blazer, a nice woolen sportscoat, and two pairs of nice leather shoes. I arrived and went around the back per the entrance sign, but there was no door round the back, so I went into the shop. I asked a lady at the counter how I could donate the clothing. She told me to go around the back and honk my horn. I told her that I walked, and then she herself took me to an area in the store saying exasperatedly, "I'll show you how this works." She took the clothes and put them in a holding area with other donations, then we went back to the front. She asked annoyedly, "Do you want a receipt?." I told her, "Yes.," so she gave me a donation receipt, told me to put my name on it, and then walked away to help another customer. As she was gone, I wrote my name and took the time to start filling it out. When the lady got back, I had wrote my zip code on it. The lady snapped the receipt out from under my hands, and said disgustedly, "I don't need anything else! Just your name!" She gave me the receipt, thanked me for coming in (store policy?), and I left. I have never written a 1-star review before. I was so disappointed by my experience because I originally wanted to sell my clothing, but then I saw the charity which this store donates their sale's money to and decided to support a great cause with a donation of some good-looking clothing. For those of you that have been here before, you know the kind of clothing for men tends to be shirts from Macys that are at least ten-years old. There are exceptions, but this is the norm. I didn't need to be profusely thanked. In fact, I was thanked. What I needed was to be treated decently respectfully as any customer deserves to be treated especially at a place with such a noble cause and not like an inconvenience who was wasting the lady's time. read more

The ladies that work here are very friendly, kind and passionate about this store. I work across the way and stop in often. The money made there goes to a very good cause and people can donate by pulling their car in back of store. Furniture, home decor, kitchen items, clothing, and so many other items available to purchase and again proceeds go to women that are in need due to domestic violence. read more

I happened to come across this wonderful store about a month ago, what a wonderful place and I am extremely happy to know where donations go !! It's become my new addiction ! Everyone in there is extremely nice, it's very clean and they have wonderful prices on stuff, if your looking for something they probably have just ask, a lot of there clothing still have tags ( brand new ) everyday they have a different sale or color that is half off !! I have my whole summer wardrobe from there in the last month and some beautiful jewelry for all under $100 I couldn't be more happier! Thank you ... treasure chest !!! read more
