Best Goodwill location I've ever been to! I've been to quite a few Goodwill locations, and this one is hands down the best experience I've ever had. First of all, the convenience is unmatched. They have a drive-thru donation area, and it made the entire process so easy. As soon as I pulled up, the staff came right out to my car and handled everything for me. I didn't have to get out, unload, or figure anything out--it was smooth from start to finish. The team was friendly, efficient, and super appreciative, which made the experience even better. You can tell they're organized and truly value people's time. We're visiting from Texas, and I have to say... we never get this kind of amazing treatment back home. This location really sets the bar high! If you've ever put off donating because it feels like too much work, this location completely removes that barrier. Back after more than ten years, we stopped in today looking for a kitchen gadget that needed replacing. Why buy new on the 'Zon when we can find a new or used one here for a tenth the price? The parking lot still jams up and it's not easy to negotiate. I would not try this with the Sprinter van for sure. Inside, the store is packed. My eye was immediately drawn to the display of men's shirts before my wife pulled me away. Yes, I already have a closetful and do not need more clothes. In the housewares, we browsed and spotted a perfect replacement. And then while waiting to check out, we spotted a card game that was marked down to $0.49. How could we not? Now we have something silly do do when family visits for the holidays. It's still four stars here. The merchandise changes from moment to moment, you will never know what you will find and the prices are great. I visited this location with the grand. She found some pullovers, sweatshirts, and t-shirts for school. She was thrilled, and I was happy she learned to shop without spending much money. This Goodwill is one of the worst I have been into in NC. Employees were rolling multiple racks out and many people were shopping the racks. Surprising since COVID this has been stopped at most locations. When next racks were pushed out I went to shop the rack and I was told I could not shop the rack. Interesting since I just watched it occur. Got in line to pay to leave and new rack came out and the "regulars " were again allowed to shop the rack and shop out of the blue hard goods bin. The employee wereactually giving items off the rack to the regulars. So, if you are a reseller there is no need to go to this location as you will not be allowed to shop the rack and the employees are culling the best items to give to regulars. read more

This is an older Goodwill store and very small. I was looking for good deals on clothing and I didn't look at anything else. Most everything was $3.99, as far as women's clothing goes, and organized by color instead of size, which is really annoying. Isles are very narrow and carts can't fit, so I left my cart at the end of the isle. Here's the problem: the employees thought my cart was abandoned (after 5 minutes) so they took my items out and put my cart away. It took about 10 minutes for someone to find my items, as they were put in the back!? I was very overprotective of my cart after that! I didn't find any high end items, which is surprising since South Park Mall is around the corner. Employees were friendly but over zealous about clearing the isles of random carts. The dress rack was over full and hard to shop. This store is in serious need of renovation and/or a good cleaning. read more

This Goodwill is reasonably priced, staff are friendly, and the parking lot and store are relatively clean. I typically come here for books - hardbacks are $1.50 and paperbacks are $.99. I sometimes browse the home wares and clothing. I've never found any clothing here, but I have bought a few dishes and picture frames. read more

Friendly service I got here and it's not the largest Goodwill but they seem to have a decent supply of items from clothes to housewares. I picked up a small desk lamp for $3 originally from Pottery Barn. I was worried it wouldn't work after I put in a light bulb, but they say they test all their items and you have 7 days to return it for Store Credit only. But for $3, why not try? And yes, it works! read more

Like any Goodwill, you definitely have to comb the racks. I ran into some good finds in the men's clothing area. My only problem with this location was that there were no mirrors to be found! Must be vampires that work here or manage this location. I would assume that there may have been some in the fitting room but I didn't check. read more

They are always nice & friendly when I bring my stuff in & also help me get stuff out of my car even if I haven't asked! I haven't shopped there yet, but I'm looking forward to it. The entry drive is a challenge if you're going South down South Blvd. because the median that stops you in the middle of busy traffic and you're trying to turn left into traffic coming over a blind hill.
