Nice & clean store usually it is stacked & packed. Customer service is on point. Management keeps the employees happy & humble. Only 1 semi-negative here: I have not seen any flash sales here! Waiting since they started the flash sales and... never once yet! Which does bother me since I don't waste time or gas to drive to any other stores in the Miami Valley ... I have been waiting patiently for Springfields flash sale! I believe it is fair to give all your customers the flash sale deal since we all do spend our money on their mission. Hopefully they listen to their customers! We do not live in Springfield however we live near in a smaller village this goodwill is still closest to me. Best quality is the management & employees are happy, courteous & ready to help any one the best that they can. It hasn't always this way here; glad now administration figured it out & switched it up! Someone is always ready to help out if necessary & I will be back hopefully it will be our first flash sale! read more

Highway robbery... I suppose that's the case with all thrift stores. Not that I go in there bargain shopping for any used underwear but when it comes to house decorations, frames, and books, you can't go wrong. I'm amazed at the number of people who buy picture frames, never use them, and donate them to be sold at 20% of what they originally paid. And to pay $3 for a hardback book that you'll easily pay $15 for? Solid. read more

I have donated many bags of items here and on occasion browse the store. Today I scored salad bowls for my discontinued Pfaltzgraff dish pattern. Online they are 10 bucks apiece; I got four at 49 cents each! You never know what you may find at a Goodwill store.... read more

This is the thrift store I go to when I need something nice for just a little money. The selection here is wonderful and the staff is very nice. The dressing rooms are light and roomy and have benches. All in all, a wonderful thrifting experience! read more

This is a fairly nice Goodwill, the best thing about them is that they do a tag system where anything with a certain color tag is half off.

Great selection of womens clothing but poor selection of men's. Some items are priced inappropriately ( $9.99 for used shoes?!?!) but I have gotten some great deals on furniture. So its pretty much hit or miss. The store is clean and they have nice fitting rooms available. read more

I recently found a bunch of brand new clothes with tags still attached! Yey! With any kind of thrift store, it's either a hit or miss and depends upond the donators. Afterall, what is put out isn't really the responsiblity of the chain as they don't have much control over what is donated to them. I like the consistency of the prices, as they basically stay the same except when certain color barbs are 50% off, though things are so cheap I don't usually pay any attention to that. The only con to the pricing system is that they'll price things that nobody would typically buy, even for $3, the same as they would very lightly worn things. For example, I've seen seriously stretched out and faded t-shirts priced the same as a t-shirt that didn't even look worn but once! I think maybe they should take these worthless items out automatically to save me time looking through the racks! read more
