1/17/25 Really nice store and I found some cool items- woooohoooo!! I found the most interesting selection and had fun shopping the aisles. The staff was very pleasant- and so was everyone I encountered shopping. I would definitely visit again but not sure when because I live far nearly an hour away. Certainly worth the trip. PROS: this is a very well stocked goodwill with many categories of items to choose from. The place is a good size and the staff is nice. There's also tons of parking CONS: a lot of items were overpriced for a thrift store. OVERALL: definitely shop here if you're buying for yourself. But if you're a reseller, look somewhere else read more

I would never step foot into this place again! They close at 8, I got there at 7:45 after doing the escape room next door. I'm not usually a Goodwill shopper but I just wanted to pop in to see if they had a bread maker since I was right there and my daughter in law was just talking about one earlier that day. Well, as soon as I walked in the guy working there started making nasty comments about us leaving because they were closing, we walked around a few minutes anyway and then I decided to go to the bathroom quick before our 45 min ride home. He literally banged on the door and told me to GET OUT. i did find some bread makers but didn't have time to make a decision on one. Not only did he lose a sale, but also lost a new customer. fyi- it still wasn't 8:00 yet when we left. I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person in my entire life, I will buy my daughter in law a brand new breadmaker on Amazon instead. read more

Thank god for the goodwill shop, they are so helpful and giving donations is easy. We have been cleaning out my fathers home and my father in-laws house and because of them a lot of useful items didn't go to a landfill and can be reused. I don't have time to sell things on craigslist or marketplace so this is my best option. The store is huge and in todays inflation environment I believe this store will help many with quality goods at fair prices. Review for donating: always super quick and easy. And appreciated!!! Cassie answered when I called to inquire about donation hours. Honestly it was the most pleasant phone greeting (phone answering) I have heard in awhile!! Kudos to this location!! I know that this location gets busy (especially on the weekend). I had one of my dogs out on her leash as I brought my donation to the back. Chelsea met me before I could knock. The "receiving area" was extraordinarily clean and organized. read more

Donating here is a breeze! Once you manage to find the back of the store that is. But someone comes to greet you right away, very helpful in unloading your stuff, and always polite and willing to provide a receipt should you want one. Like someone else said, this plaza is in an L shape so you have to drive around the back (entrance by PNC bank) to get to Goodwill's back doors. You can then turn around or continue on and exit by Wendy's. Psst! Target tends to donate a lot of stuff here so you can find plenty of new items with tags here at a fraction of the cost. read more

Ok so Goodwill you are doing something right. I love the workers here . They are just plain nice .They say excuse me and I'm sorry and how are you doing and they wrap your items without even asking.They put things out in a timely mater and even when their busy the shelves are pretty full. It just puts people in a cheerful mood and even the customers seem nice to each other.I'm talking about the floor people I really don't know the stock people i just have to guess that they might be nice too.The stuff is fair priced compared to other thrift shops I JUST DON'T SHOP IN ANY MORE. I really don't like the purchased stuff pricing though.If your getting a bargain on it I want one too or whats the point of your purchase.You want to make money I want A bargain so keep it low.There is a dollar store right next to you that sells that stuff.Seeing dish towels or utensils higher than a dollar makes me want to take a walk next store.Be smart don't be a money wart. read more

I came to this area for my son's Parent Weekend. Anticipating snow, I only brought snow boots. Once I arrived, there was no snow to be seen despite a snowstorm just the past weekend. Needing a pair of regular walking shoes, I found this store in a shopping mall. What a find! It's a "clean, well-lighted place". The staff are friendly and accommodating. The items are well-organized with plenty of room between aisles. Found just what I needed. read more

I didn't go in the store, but their donation area was very usable (note- it's around the back. due to the dumb L-shaped layout of this shopping center, that basically means the longest possible drive -- from the inside corner of the L to the outside corner of the L, allll the way around) As soon as I pulled up, somebody ran out to help with my bags, and asked if I needed a receipt. They were happy to help and seemed generally happy to get the donations. (Unlike some other places where they seem to hate you and assume you've handed them a bag of trash..) read more

Clean, well lite and employees except a few are very nice. The manager is a bozo.

Unorganized poorly run store. Line to check out always slow, as many as 20 deep. Lots of their low end "designer" items are $7.50.
