Went in to buy a couple of books for traveling. Book Selection was slim. Prices were good for used stuff.

Not a lot of space to shop in some parts of the store. Helpful staff. Sometimes good stuff but usually don't find anything at this one

Purchased a bookshelf and another piece of furniture. Realized only one item would fit and we don't have another way to get the bookshelf home so we let the store know to not even bring it out because we couldn't take it. Asked if we could get in store credit on return of bookshelf. They said all furniture is final sale and we don't get any return. Not even store credit! Not to mention just rudeness from staff and store manager. Goodwill seems to have forgotten what they stand for......will never return to this location and DONATE anything again. read more

Horrible place! Dropped off 2 truckloads of clothing shoes and appliances as we had a death in the family and were clearing out their apartment. The employee supervising the drop off area was disrespectful to donors and other employees alike. I have never been so disappointed with customer service in my life. If I had time and more options I would donate to literally anyone before I gave this place another item. Do not donate here if you have a choice. read more

As far as thrift stores go, this isn't the best one and it's not the worst - somewhere in between. The last few times I've been there, it seems to have gotten worse. Dirty, disorganized and chaotic and long lines to check out. The place needs a good cleaning and for employees to work on putting away and organizing the merchandise daily. The clothing area needs extra attention. Racks are set up by size but it appeared like everything is in random order. Everything is jumbled together and that makes it hard to find anything and makes it more likely that customers will make more of a mess trying to sort through the stuff. If you have the patience to sort through things, there are bargains to be found. read more

we tried to buy 56$ worth of items so we paid 30 in cash and 26 on the card but the cashier was so brain dead she didn't know how to charge both than she messed up and charged the cash twice and didn't know how to reverse it don't go to this store total waste of our time! read more

I just called Goodwill Loveland and the cashier named Dawn was extremely rude answering the telephone. She answered the phone seeming bothered by me asking " Hello are you guys allowing clothing to be tried on ", she says "no we are not, ok bye". She then hung up right in my face. I called back shocked because I had another question and felt completely disappointed. She answered again I asked "why did you just hang up on my face?" She answered "how can I help you MA'AM ". I answered saying well I wanted to know if you guys also sell a range of maternity clothes?, "YES" she said . I told her thank you goodbye!. I've never been spoken to like that unprovoked by anyone on the phone. I will not be stopping in anytime soon. Because of Dawn!. read more

I was trying to buy a houseware with a listed tag price of $14.99 only to get to the counter and watch management google the item and change/increase price saying she "couldn't let it go for that cheap" and asks if I'd like to round up to donate. Definitely not shopping here again. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went when they were having a 50% off day, and even with the chaos everyone was very helpful and cheerful. They carry a lot of Target salvage items. They carried a lot of variety of items in their clear cases. I got some items for my ipad and a high end designer wallet. I would come here again. read more

Worst customer service ever. They don't trust their employees to count to 20. Spent 10 minutes in the back area 99 cent items so the Vomunteer to count all the items then wasted 20 minutes so Heather the cashier could recount everything. Now they're adding items to the bags to seal more money. read more

Updating my review with less stars based on Corporate changes and not based on the work the employees have done. They work their butts off in there and have fixed the layout quit a bit and cleaned up the store a lot better then it was but now they don't have the deals like they used to so we stopped going as often as we did. Used to go everyday and spend $50+ at a time but now we go about two days a month when they have 50% off and spend maybe $20 - $30 if we buy anything at all. The turn over on employees is crazy and they have lost some of their best people. Hopefully they are being treated fairly or they will lose more great people. read more

We do live the cashiers and have even gotten to have a couple regular conversations with a couple of the assistant managers at the store and they are very nice people. The exception.... is the store manager, Moya, an african american lady who I guess has just been the store manager this year.. After going to the store for a few months now and having observed and had to interact with her specifically while shopping... because she's like a fly that is always there when you're trying to look and buy stuff. She (Moya) is a very strange lady who has a lot of inappropriate things pop out of her mouth on a daily basis. It's very uncomfortable to go shopping at Goodwill when she is there. When she is not there, it's okay and the rest of the staff is great. read more

This is a very nice goodwill. The staff is pretty friendly, which is rare for a thrift store. The goods are very well organized (except the items in the glass case. Good luck finding anything in there.) The prices are reasonable. I've found a few great items. The shoe and purse selection is terrible and I am taking one star off my review just because they think it's ok to price a worn out pair of Clarks or Merrells at $24.99 just because of the brand. No. This is a thrift store and those shoes are used. Get ahold of yourselves, pricing people. Luckily they don't seem to know too many high end designers so steals are around if you know what to look for. Awesome that they accept returns, too. read more

I like my thrift stores cheap. This one had some great knicknacks and interesting titles in the book section (my friend picked up a treasury of outhouse stories), but I thought the pricing on the books was kind of high. read more

I agree that their books are overpriced, which may be why they have so many of them. I did find some interesting wine glasses for .49 cents each. Not a lot of furniture. You need to go to the Arc or the Restore if you want furniture. Also items with a electric plug are pricey. read more

Best customer service, attentive and friendly. This is a very well managed Goodwill, best we've seen. Pricing is well done, not overpriced like the Greeley Goodwill. Impressive organization and turnover of merchandise. Our favorite Thrift Store in Northern Colorado. read more

I am super irritated with this Goodwill. I went to drop off my items and pulled up to the door. Apparently, I didn't pull up far enough for the older guy that works there because he instantly gave me the feeling that I'm making his job harder and told me that. I said that if it was to hard that I could place my items in the bin myself and started unpacking my trunk. I placed MY BOX of clothes on the ground, and he yelled at me and said that putting my box on the ground is a health hazard. UMMMMMM I'm pretty sure the ground is cleaner then those bins you put my stuff in and I don't need a lecture or need to feel like I did something wrong when I'm was donating MY stuff. I will not return to this Goodwill and will take my donations to ARC next time. read more
