How things changed for the worse! I was truly impressed with this store initially. They had more stuff but almost everything is COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED! Not just here & there, but entire store. Sizes are mixed up. Multiple kids clothing items are found in men & women sections. Women & kids shirts in men sections. Dresses are all mixed, not organized by sizes or colors. I was told that management prioritizes quantity over quality. They're pushing employees to put out more items, increasing quantity, & sacrificing quality. I hope they reevaluate their priorities. read more

This is a smaller Goodwill store. Being as such the selections are slimmer and the prices seemed to be just a tad high for thrift store clothing. The people are friendly and helpful. If you're in the area it's worth stopping into but I wouldn't make any special trips for this location. read more

This is one of my favorite goodwill stores! I think they get a lot of their donations sent directly to them from warehouse and always seem to be higher end items. Atmosphere is always clean, staff is nice and friendly, and I always leave with goodies! read more

I really like this location have been going here for Years. very disappointed in the big increase in Prices lately, some things have more then Doubled what they where. Particularly Toys. Barbies and action figures use to be $1.50 they are now pricing them$5.00 Dollars. read more

I like Goodwill so I thought I'd stop by this location in spite of the bad reviews. It was a pleasant experience. It's a smaller store with not the selections you will find at a Superstore, but I wasn't expecting as much since it is a regular Goodwill. As far as the customer service, it was outstanding. Hillary was very welcoming. Explained the discounts and overall friendly and helpful. I will visit again. read more

I started shopping at this location when it opened. I was very excited that they opened a Goodwill less than 4 miles from my home. It was my favorite store; my go-to location. Always clean, smelled great, staff was always nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Management well represented what Goodwill's mission is; they were professional in appearance, great hygiene and respectful to all customers. The store, management and staff have completely gone downhill. Prices are very very marked up like it's a boutique shop. Previous staff have either moved to the new fabulous location on South Collins in Arlington, quit or were fired. Not much diversity in the store anymore either. I spoke to the district manager about this back in the summer. He asked that I give him a little time to address these issues and others. I have friends that pop in there periodically and tell me about the store and manager; I refuse to spend my money there anymore; it's green and spends anywhere. Also, there is a great Salvation Army directly across the highway from this location that has awesome merchandise daily. I don't recommend this location until some staffing changes. read more

When I first walked in I was impressed it smelled great, super organized, it felt like I wasn't even in a thrift store as far as prices they weren't bad somethings were overpriced others were not I bought about four items. Then I went to wait in line and this is where they get knocked down two stars they speak when you come in but they had a problem checking out someone in front of me mind you like four people were trying to figure the transaction out no one opened a register or apologized for the wait these were managers and they were rude to the lady in front of me even though it wasn't her fault I bought the items because at the mall they would of been like twenty bucks a piece compared to five with nothing wrong with them just used I plan to thrift one weekend a month so I will be back but they need to work on their customer service skills read more
