The store is clean, bright, and impressively organized, which already puts it a step above many thrift stores. Racks are easy to navigate, categories actually make sense, and nothing feels chaotic or overwhelming. There is a serious plethora of clothing here, whether you're casually browsing or intentionally sourcing. It's one of those locations where you can spend time digging and consistently find solid pieces. The location itself is also incredibly convenient, making it an easy stop whether you're running errands or making a dedicated thrifting trip. Customer service deserves a shout out as well. Staff members are friendly, approachable, and present, which is not always a given at thrift stores. The only real downside, and this is more of a Goodwill wide issue than a location specific one, is pricing. Prices have definitely crept up over time, so if you're a hardcore thrifter used to bargain basement finds, be prepared to spend more than you might at smaller local shops. That said, between the cleanliness, organization, selection, and service, this Goodwill still earns its five stars and remains a dependable go to for quality secondhand shopping.

At one time this location was my favorite out of all the Goodwills in the D/FW Metroplex. Couldn't…read morehave been more disappointed with my last visit. The shelves were bare, and the usually friendly employees were noticeably quiet. I'll continue to shop here when I'm in the area; however, I hope there will be more merchandise on my next visit. Maybe this excursion was just a fluke. Who knows?! We shall see!

I enjoy shopping at the Fort Worth Bins and visit frequently. One of the reasons I continue to come…read moreback is because, for the most part, customers and staff are respectful, and you're able to shop at your own pace without feeling pressured to participate in the chaos that can sometimes happen when new bins are rolled out. I consistently find great items and have had many positive experiences here. The only issue I experienced recently left me confused. I often shop for several hours, and my husband accompanies me for safety. We bring a small portable step stool that belongs to us so he has a place to sit near our cart while I shop. Our name is clearly marked on the stool, and on previous visits we have always checked with the front desk to let them know it is our personal property. We were told that was fine. During our most recent visit, management informed my husband that he either had to pay for the stool or take it back to the car. Since the stool belongs to us, this was confusing. If there is a policy prohibiting personal seating items inside the store, I completely understand and would be happy to comply. My concern was not the policy itself, but the way the situation was handled. As a regular customer who spends over $200 a week at this location, I believe kindness and respectful communication go a long way. At the end of the day, people may not always remember what was said, but they will remember how they were treated. A little kindness is one of the best things we can offer each other.

The cherry on top is the kind and knowledgeable owners and staff! Stopped in looking for antique tables & night stands and while I didn't find what I was looking…read morefor, I was thoroughly pleased with the majority of what was available. Before you start exploring, I highly recommend checking their notice board near checkout (to your right after entering, on an easel); there you'll find if any specials are going on and which vendor number they relate to - I didn't see this until I was about to leave but I'll definitely snap a pic of it next time, when I first get there. Each little nook is its own store which is made further evident by the way they're set up differently and how some of them have kind of a theme related to the type of items for sale. A few of them seemed a little overpriced while others offered items at a steal. The back of the store contains a decent amount of kitchen furniture and, I almost didn't notice, the store actually extends even further back. Once you pass through the "back" entrance, they have bathrooms to your right down the hall. Each hallway area is another vendor section and if you continue straight to to the true back of the store, you can find additional furniture - mostly bed sets or mattresses which all looked in rather good to nearly new condition. There were a couple vendors that had junk type items that are typical of a flea market while others were obviously put together with a certain mount pride. They have plenty of home decor and accent pieces as well as true antiques. I did not search through any clothes but there are several vendors which this was their sole focus. They also had two different electronic vendors that carried VHS's and DVD's. They do have sodas, water and a few snacks at checkout but I'd skip these since you can get a better deal at the gas station. Overall I was impressed with the selection and even more so by how friendly everyone was. I'll definitely be going back!
