This store has surely declined in the past year or so. The customer service is poor. There is one…read moreolder lady with glasses that usually has her hair pulled back, that is particularly rude. She has even addressed my brother and I, unprovoked, to ask "what are y'all resellers?'" We're not.. not that it's her business either way. She always has a poor attitude with the other staff and even customers. Today at my turn in line she simply said "ready?" And I said "yes ma'am, how is it going?" She could've said anything in the world, but she chose to look at me as if I called her out of her name. Then she refused to sell me a blanket because the tag was missing. There has been maybe two or three other times that I've found an item I like with no tag on it and the other cashiers don't have a problem pricing it on the spot. She carries herself as if it's her pleasure to be condescending and it shows lack of character, customer service and furthermore professionalism in the workplace. Very unfortunate to expect this experience from my local goodwill. Harvest House is my new go-to.

I waited an hour instore for them to look through the clothes only to be told NOT ONE thing was taken. I felt pretty blindsided as one bag had nothing but jeans (American eagle, lucky brand, etc) only to name a few. I drove an hour to, stayed for an hour plus an hour back home. Pretty disappointing experience to be honest. The ladies at the front seemed nice and they even helped me wheel out my bags to my car. All in all an ok experience
