A great little coffee shop inside the store as well. Proceeds go to treatment and recovery for substance abuse individuals is a plus!

When we walked in, the woman said everything on the very back wall was free. We also heard her tell someone else the very same thing. This turned out to be untrue. At the register we were told that 90% of what we picked up from that wall (including 2 holiday items) we not free. There is also a $5.00 charge to use a credit card. I had money to spend but had never been in the store and had a single question. She was so rude that I walked away with plenty of money on the table. Horrible experience. This company has what appears to be reasonably priced attire for professionals, as well as great casual clothing. The manager at the Sooner Mall location was crass and rude. She did not show any interest in a customer who can afford what she wants but had a single question to ask. Torrid, you will probably get my money now that I am acquainted with your clothing, but I will go out of my way to never get this manager a bonus or sales even though her store is the closest to me.

Every time I've been here I've always been extremely happy with the service I've received. The girls have a watchful eye to know when to start you a dressing room, when to take the clothes off of your arm and put them in your dressing room, how to lay out the clothes you've picked in a super cute way that makes you feel like Kate Middleton trying on clothes (just a curvier version), they're always ready and willing to find another size, and they don't mind getting clothes off of the very top racks that you can't reach. I went in on Sunday and took just about half the store into my dressing room. I felt absolutely AWFUL about it, and fully intended on helping (even if I had to be sneaky about it) put the clothes I had tried on that didn't work away. But they were so chill about it, and the girl who was working in the dressing room actually seemed...happy....that I brought so many clothes back because "it gave her something to do." (She was actually legitimately cheerful about this.) That made me feel better. As always, I'm Oblivious-Ash, sorting through my clothes to pick which clothes to actually buy, and didn't realize the store had closed. (As if the music turning off wasn't enough of a clue for me? Guess not.) One of the girls came back and (in a super nice voice) said, "Ashley? How's it going for you? Do you need anything?" I told her I was good and what I was doing, and she was just like, "Okay, that's fine! Let me know if I can get you anything. And just to let you know, we closed about 20 minutes ago." Insert Oblivious-Ash massive freakout, followed by a thousand "Oh my god I'm so sorry!"'s, and frantically running out the dressing room with all my clothes, then running and grabbing a couple more items from the shelves before arriving back at the cash register. They were SO nice about it. I mean, come on. I had just taken half the store into a dressing room with me, which they were going to have to put away, and I was eating into their closing hours because, well, Oblivious-Ash. I'm a stereotypical nightmare customer. The girls there really are amazing and always have good fashion advice when asked, and the store carries a wide selection of clothes and dresses.
