I love Goodwill, and have found a ton of great items such as Gucci, Burberry, and Christian Louboutin just to name a few recognizable high end luxury brands. I love to thrift, and in the past everything was a set price regardless of brand name. Now, they try to get the most out of everything and price things super high. It Just doesn't feel like real thrifting anymore. I never feel like I've gotten a good deal like I used to in the past. I'll just give them an average rating since, sometimes they do carry some neat items, and the employees are of course pretty friendly so, there's that.

They have a huge selection of different sizes and designs. I'm not a good designer at all, When I walked into the store my visions started to come to life. Life can be so much more simpler with few of these pieces. They also offer designer services. Wendy helped us design a space, she was very thorough with the questions she asked. We chatted about every detail that mattered. She showed us different designs, explained why she'd recommend each. I enjoyed this experience, I look forward to utilizing a lot of their pieces to help de clutter my house.

Okay, fine. No updates again l, started calling early Sept, told it was waiting to be put on the truck from Dallas (I'm in OKC). Again, no updates after that call. I called again 18,19,20, finally getting mad because the manager said, "let me see what we can do for you and I'll call you back" only to never be called back each time. Finally, calling back speaking with Angel who said she would called the warehouse asked to pull my order and she'd call me back. She did. I picked it up on Monday Sept 25 from an order of one bench on July 1. Horrible. But wait, it gets better.....the bench wasn't even put together!!! $400 custom bench and it was sent to me with the frame attached to another top and in pieces. I will never set one foot in that store again. I've purchased tons of furniture from other local stores and in Dallas and have never been treated the way that store treated me. Never been lied to and ran around like their "manager" did either. Terrible customer service and I had to put it together to boot. Never. Never. Never.

Earlier this year I visited an At Home store for the first time in Washington. I had picked up some area rugs and decorative pillows for our fifth wheel and wished I had had more time to peruse the store. This time while in OKC, I saw the store nearby and decided to take a stroll. Holy moly it's huge and dare I say a bit overwhelming! You can easily set up an entire apartment, house, RV, dorm room or whatever space you need to take care of here at a very reasonable price. I was merely visiting, so I had limited space since I had already shopped galore during my stay. It didn't stop me from picking up a few small seasonal items though! The cart I was pushing had a map of the store, which was very helpful. While I didn't walk through furniture or big items, I noticed a massive amount for both indoor and outdoor. The Christmas holiday section was enormous and I had the biggest smile as I walked through. I'm somewhat regretting not buying an additional suitcase; however, I know I'll be back.
