I could give many examples, but, here is one: After close of escrow-- Oscar and Timothy had no responsibility at all to help me-- the seller removed a couple light fixtures out of the kitchen and basically said "Good Luck", bye! (They meant well; long story). Oscar took my call even as prepared to go onstage at a conference, and figured it all out for me and I had brand new light fixtures within an hour delivered by Timothy. Oscar and Timothy really are the Dream Team.. My wife was lucky enough to find them after doing a bit of research when we started looking to buy a restaurant early this year. They put so much time and efforts into helping us find the right place but even more than that,, they have great instinct and seem to know what is going to be the best situation for you even before you do..
