Shout out to Kevin Tran for being the best rental property manager I have worked with!! Initially I was already impressed with how responsive and how thorough he was during the process. Then Texas winter storm hit, and my property was damaged. Kimberly has stuck by me for years!!! She helped me and my husband look for a home wayyyyyy back in 2011 but in the end we decided it wasn't the right time. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this realty company. In fact, it was pretty bad. Initially, I used an agent from this company to sell my home and help me purchase a new one. Soon after I signed the contract for the new home, the agent became very hostile and disrespectful toward me to the point where I had to tell her enough was enough. The relationship had deteriorated to an unprofessional level, and I no longer wanted to do business with her. I used Kimberly Adams Realty and one of her agents to purchase my home. It was the worst experience, time, and energy. I found my own home based on my research and got the right price, home age, and area because I pushed for all negotiations despite the lack of their commitment and support to do so. They didn't try to protect the best interest for the buyer although I'm their client. My agent didn't have good knowledge of the contract and made several mistakes. If you are a buyer who is detail-oriented and demands more to protect your best interest, look for another agent as her team and herself will not commit their time, resources, and energy to you. read more
