I was referred to the Nina Bhanot Group as a relocation client (from NYC) to the DFW metro area. I can easily see why Nina and her team (esp. Nikki) are in the top 1% of realtors in the market. And this was during a time where demand for houses far exceeds supply and this is a seller's market. A few things I really loved about working with Nina and her team: 1. Special Focus and Attention: They make you feel as if you are the only client they are serving. I know things were super busy for them, but I was given all the time and attention (and I know I was a demanding, ill informed client with a LOT of stupid questions which she patiently managed). The hours of phone calls at crazy times would not have been easy :-) 2. Keeping the Bar High: Nina asks you up front what you really care about, what the non-negotiables are. During the process there were multiple occasions when I wanted to "settle" to just get a transaction done. But Nina did not let me settle - she very politely debated and reminded me how I was doing things that were completely inconsistent with what I had said were non-negotiables.
