If I could give a negative start I would, let me start off with the unprofessionalism the tech name Mike showed. I am very glad I was on the phone with my sister when she came to drop her vehicle off to get fixed, she asked a simple question about if it's okay for the hood to move quite a few while driving. From the jump Mike had a nasty attitude and giving nasty remarks! This was all in front of other customers as well, he was trying to belittle my sister by saying it's going to take her 10 more years to pay off a used car. He kept on making comments about the year of my sister's vehicle and how that's why it may look like the hood will come off because it's a quote on quote 2017. The customer service was so bad we called the dealership to complain about how he treated my sister and we want to have a different shop repair her vehicle to have the satisfaction that the repair would be done properly, and after she told them she would be taking the vehicle he tried to say she can't and that it would cause the shop to have a red flag. Mike and his staff get 5 stars every time. Best thing to do is call ahead and Mike will be very honest about when he can fit you into his schedule. He is very straightforward and honest about what your vehicle needs. I started with bring in a company car for service and now we bring in our two personal cars for service and maintenance. Best thing we did was to purchase new tires from Mike before our trip to the Outter Banks. The tires Mike recommended turn out to be outstanding as you could feel the improvement in the ride. I brought my car here for tires and an alignment and had such an efficient and pleasant experience. I read some of the reviews before going here and was a little nervous but I had no problems at all. Mike was very professional, clear, and direct, which I appreciated. He provided great advice and I was able to get my tires fixed fast and at a great price. Mike is the best. If you are looking for someone to kiss your arse, this is not the place. These guys are excellent. They know their business and will not try to sell you a bunch of repairs you do not need. I have been coming here for years and will not go anywhere else. My neighbor has used Mike for years also. Do not bring your car in the late afternoon and expect service. They are always busy. Drop off your car early morning for same day service. They back their warranty on their tires. My wife's car had a nail in the tire that could not be repaired. There was no charge for the replacement tire. read more

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. Stood in the waiting room with no employee around for 20 minutes before I had to go into the shop to flag someone down. Then, the man was rude and confrontational. I believe his name was Mike. He was condescending and had no empathy for my unique situation. I'm moving to TN and had a tire wall break out. Went in for an oil change had a coupon for a great price.when in at 4:10 and was told couldn't do it because they're morning people . And there open until 8 .well I'm a morning person also I have to be at work at 6:00am I can't drop off my vehicle before 930 .they really excel at customer service what a joke read more

Walked in because my moms car had a nail in her tire, I have warranty on all four tires so we were like okay might be quick in and out. The second we walked in, old man MIKE had an attitude already. Then asked me questions about tired and wheels on the car that I'm not sure about. I told him if he could go out and look at whatever he's talking about and he goes "it's not my car" well I'm sorry you can't do your job Mike. Sorry you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. With the attitude and lack of customer service they provide at that store or location we will not be going back. The other good year near us is in cherry hill but we will take our chances and hopefully there is no grumpy people at the front desk. read more

I had a great experience at Goodyear for a tire purchase. I called first for pricing and the advisor was straight-forward and friendly. When I got to the shop everything was explained to me in detail; I was given several tire options and the benefits of each tire were discussed. Goodyear offered some mail-in rebates; the service advisor took care of all of the paperwork for me so all I had to do was drop in the mail. Jeff and Mike were easy to talk to and gave me their dedicated time; I couldn't believe how quickly I was serviced - and they even offered me a ride back to my home instead of waiting at the shop. We had a slow leak on a tire on our Ford F150. We called Goodyear on Labor Day 2015 and were told to come on over. The truck was taken right in and evaluated. We had purchased road hazard insurance on the tire and it was found to have some sort of piece of tool in it. We received a new tire (a not usually stocked item) and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The tire was provided at no cost to us. We paid for new road hazard insurance not a new tire! I wish I knew the gentleman's name that did the work, he was quick, kind, helpful and very professional. read more

I cannot emphasize enough how far away you should stay from this place.Manager, Mike, is not only completely abusive but a complete liar about prices, services,and what is needed on the car. 3 other mechanics including one who was a Goodyear dealer said my tires were fine for awhile, while Mike said they were cupped, showed uneven where to the point of needing an alignment, and must be replaced. Meanwhile my ride was completely smooth and straight, and 3 other mechanics disagreed. Goodyear customer sv. (800 number) offered me a discount on new tires bec my old ones didnt wear well, and according to Customer Sv Mike completely lied and said that Cust Sv would not sell me the tires at a discount unless i bought all 4 and a road warranty and an alignment for 3 years. Beyond the lying he was the rudest person i have ever met in a business. EVER. May have been because i was a woman in there alone, as is common in this business. HORRIBLE experience. read more

I did not get any services done at this place however just my interactions with the customer service over the phone was horrible. Very rude tone of voice, attempted to lecture me and thought I had already called (even if I had you shouldn't be so annoyed/rude). Maybe they do well with the cars however they have a LONG way to go in terms of interacting with their customers. read more
