Beware of crooked basic scumbags willing steal from older people. They don't deserve one star review. My father, 79, asked them for a quate to replace RX 350 tire replacement with same PIRELLI tires. They gave him an estimate $335 per tire ,totally $1822.33. After checking the Midas website to confirm that there is no Pirelli Tires size 23560R18 that cost more than $260, I went to the same exact store for an estimate to replace same RX350 PIRELLI tires, then they gave me an estimate of $260.00 per tire, total 1507.41. I confronted them, why are they trying to take advantage of older people by ripping them off. Three of the workers are surprise by the original estimate and trying to blame a person who is not working at that moment. Which was complete BS... They know exactly know who rang up that estimate. I called Midas Customer service about this matter. Midas called me back and tried to justify theses crooks action. Very unprofessional bunch at this branch. They have no concept of time. Kept saying odd things like they know how hard I work for my money and wanted to not scam me like other places...cat converter failed after 10k miles...they acted like they were doing me a favor honoring the warranty. Mechanic was eating, constantly cussing while he worked on my car. Finally got our car - 48 hours after we dropped off.... After another $1k...Car sounds worse than ever. I highly recommend Midas in Cherry Hill and I honestly can't say enough great things about this repair shop! I took my car to the BMW dealership for routine service and they didn't want to do the repair of my front struts within my extended warranty plan so I decided to get a second opinion and get my vehicle serviced at Midas for that repair and new break pads! First of all Josh is BEYOND amazing, he called my warranty company got everything taken care of before I arrived for my appointment. Him and Joe were very welcoming and explained they would do the 30 point inspection and call me with what needed to be done and then would get everything taken care of! They are very honest and are not just salesman like at most repair shops, they want to make sure your car gets everything it needs done but don't push you to do things that are unnecessary. Josh told me everything I needed repaired gave me pricing with options and advice on what to do! I got everything done as he recommended. His communication was excellent, he called me and let me know as each thing was done! I couldn't have asked for a better repair shop and will definitely be back thanks to Josh and Joe! read more

Needed an oil change and brake pads and rotors. Got the fuel system treatment with the oil change and noticed an improvement in the car's acceleration. So much so, it felt like I'd gotten a tune up with a new set of plugs! Mind you, I put fuel injector cleaner in the tank with every oil change, but this was noticeably different. Good thing I got the brakes done because now I'm zipping along the highway (all the while adhering to the speed limit) and whenever I needed to pass someone, it was easy. This shop is so much better than taking my 2002 1.8 ltr. turbo Jetta to the dealer. With my (former) dealer, you'd drive in; they'd listen to my concerns, inspect the car and give me a price. Before Covid, there was a little wiggle room, but no more. And it seems that the service staff was getting younger and younger. Now being young isn't a problem, but what's concerning is the loss of vehicle memory because the older mechanics are gone. I had a problem with the front suspension. The dealer's mechanics wanted to replace an entire assembly instead of getting a part - a price difference of almost a thousand dollars! This shop got the part for me. Angel is great to work with; discussing options and price points is never an issue. And he seems to find just the right coupon to help with the expense. I witnessed him assist another customer who showed up with a tire issue. Angel had the work done quickly and saved the customer a few bucks. He'll be back and I'm telling all my friends and others who read these reviews that this is the place to take your car. No BS. read more

I had a leak in one of my tires that needed repaired. The tech at Midas showed me the location of a screw and explained why a patch or plug would not hold. They were able to get my car I'm and returned very quickly. Midas stepped up and helped when the dealership I purchased my car from said they could not get to the repair for a week. We came in for an oil change/ tire rotation and the guys were so thorough and the management was very helpful and friendly! Scam!!! Don't waste your time and money here!!! They don't know what they are doing!!! Or they discriminate and trick you. I don't know which is worse. We took car there for the "service engine soon" light, they said it was the sensor problem and charged me $800. Fair (maybe?). After I took the car back, I didn't drive the car at all but next time I drove, the "service engine soon" immediately came back on again!!! $800 service last for less than 1 mile?!?! Come on!!! They said it was another sensor problem and wanted to charge me another $500 or something. I feel like either they don't pay their mechanicians well if they have real one, or they discriminate minorities and do this on purpose. BTW, their front desk was shaking his body all the time when we talked to him - which was very rude to me. The whole experience was horrible. If you know your car well and you are not minority, maybe they would treat you well. Otherwise, avoid by all means!!! read more
