After a failed attempt at a nearby location, Husband's father recommended this place to us, as it is where he goes. Well, these guys are great!! They explain thoroughly what they're going to do, and they even show you where your current oil levels are on the dip stick. Once they have completed your oil change, they show you the final level; something that most places do not do. I also love the fact that they have a small seating area that allows you to view what they are doing with your car. After 15 minutes (that is from the time we pulled in and pulled out) and $35, we were done! They warned us that there might be a few drops of oil, but after we took it for a spin, we didn't see any. They do all sorts of cars, and for sure, I'm going to be coming back here when I'm in the area for all my oil changes. :)

After reaching out several times to there main branch the worker who answered the phone without a clue what to do in this situation, he took my number and supposedly gave it to a supervisor who never called back, I called on 3 different occasions. I went to their website and left a message and the return message said they would call back. HA some rich guy collecting money from customers and not even keeping his word on calling back his paying customers. On top of that I told the manager at the Livernois branch the right cleaning arm was not working in the car was for months. I purchased them both the person who helped me Dave was very polite and helpful. He mounted and balanced the first tire so I could return and put it on her car. I returned within a hour with her car to have him mount and balance the other tire so wouldn't have 3 of one brand and 1 of another. This way front would be one brand and rear another brand. Best of all is the friendliness of the workers. Dave also quoted me a complete Break job which was way cheeper than a quote I had received from another place.
