The Individual that test drove my car needs to learn how to drive. I was waiting for my car to be finished being inspected on the bench outside when i seen my car driving through the parking lot. Dude hit the huge pot hole in the middle of the lot sinking my car and when he pulls onto the road he f***** floors it. Mind you this is right after i told the other guy that i thought my trans was slipping. I worked hard for my vehicle so i do baby it and take care of it as best as i can. I had an appointment to bring my car back in for the transmission later this afternoon. Will not be going back. Had my truck in a couple times for repair. The second time upon receiving my truck I noticed they had broken my mirror on the passenger side. Basically shattered the thing. Proceeded to tell me it was like that when they got it. Absolutely was not broken. Then they proceeded to blame the tow company. They refused to check their cameras when it was brought it, and never did a prior inspection. So pass blame on the customer. Its a mirror, just take responsibility and replace it, no big deal. Then the service rep pretended to order a new one to which I've never gotten. Never got called back after I called them multiple times. Wont be back. Very unprofessional! read more

I used St. Clair Chevrolet dealership's service department for the first time last week. It turned out that I needed new tires for my Trailblazer. So I purchased 4 brand-new Goodyear Fort Era tires from this dealership. I picked up my Trailblazer on Thursday afternoon and everything seemed fine. Sunday morning I had a blow-out. I did not hit anything or run anything over...It just blew. The damage on the tire is on the sidewall of the tire. I called by service man, Chip, and he told me that he can't do anything for me. Apparently the staff at the dealership is not experienced enough to determine if my tire was defective or not. He told me that I'm going to have to go Bell Tire to have them handle the warranty on the tire. I called Bell Tire and was told that they only handle the warranty if the tires were purchased from them. I'm so disappointed in the service that I received from this dealership. I have never had a blow-out before and now 3 days after I have new tires put on my Trailblazer I have a blow-out. I don't believe this is a coincidence. This is a warning to everyone....do not buy your tires from this dealership, they want to sell you a tire but won't stand by the product. Update to my experience with this dealership. I received a call from the service supervisor, Tammy, and she was sorry for the way this was handled. She said that they should have gotten me in right away and handled my situation. She assured me that this will never happen again and she would educate the service tech that I organically talked to. She also offered me a free alignment after my tire was replaced at another company (Also, Goodyear made good on the warranty). Even though the dealership has gained some of my trust back, I'm only willing to increase my rate to OK for now. read more

Worst service ever. You make an appointment to get your vehicle repaired and five days later, they're still "diagnosing" it. No, they're taking care of other customers. This was a situation where my service engine light came on while heading toward downtown St. Clair. So, I finished my business and headed directly to the service department at St. Clair Buick to investigate what was wrong. Without an appointment, service not only diagnosed my problem, but ordered the necessary part and repaired my car in the same day. In addition, they game me a ride home and picked me up later in the day after the car was fixed. This is the kind of service that brings me back time and again. read more

I've had service a few times at this dealer. My main complaint is that you bring the vehicle in for the scheduled service time and they never call to give you an update you on the status. The last service on my Buick they had it for 10 days. I had to call to get a status update a few times. I find this very unprofessional. I also feel that when you bring in your vehicle for service they should at least return it cleaner than when it showed up. The competitor dealer down the road gives a quick car wash! I would give them only one star, but when I received my vehicle back, it has always been repaired. Just not repaired in a timely manner! read more
