My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

His estimate was half of the other guys. He closed the valves on my AC unit so we wouldn't leak any more refrigerant so he would have to refill as much. The other company quoted 12 pounds and Eric only ended up adding 4 pounds. Eric completed the replacement, and testing if the new evaporator coil, cleaned up after himself all in about 3 hours. Needless to say, Dependable is now our Service Provider. Their annual service includes 2 inspections with cleaning and filter replacement. Highly recommend this family owned business.

They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name.
