They office is dead so I went to sit in there when the seating across the hall was full. Instead of just talking to me they went pass me across the hall to tattle to the very busy employees no wonder they're lobby is always dead, cancel them. read more

was looking for legal representation and inquired with this firm for a consultation with Kris Reed. We spoke and he said given the circumstances I had a promising case. He then Informed me to keep him updated on current happenings regarding the case. That was 5 months ago. I was told by email last week he would be leaving the law firm and suggested I ask another attorney to assist with my case. I contacted the main account but the phone was never answered. I finally received a call back today by Nancy Vollertsen who stated they did not have a letter of execution on my case and that Kris Reed never took on my case. I wasted almost half a year on a time sensitive matter to be told I essentially wasn't being seen anyways. Nancy then insisted on calling and emailing me to confirm they never received a letter for my case and that I was in fact the issue, thus confirming their poor communication skills. read more

Established in 2009.

Having left an established 100-year-old law firm, Jeana Goosmann had a vision and defied the risks of starting her own firm. Initially, Jeana had enough work to hire multiple attorneys, however, she opted to hire only one lawyer and an assistant. Then came the rebranding, which she refers to as one of her best investments to date. This rebranding decision helped to define Goosmann Law Firm and what it was about, attracting clients and team members. As a result, Jeana hired up to seven attorneys and eight non-attorney staff just five years later. Jeana's priority has been about creating a firm culture centered around Midwest values, big city style, hometown service, team-approach, and keeping up with the pace of business. Now having grown to three locations in the Midwest, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Omaha, Jeana continues to grow the firm without plans of stopping anytime soon. This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as…read morepromised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn't clean the foyer at all, I'm pretty sure they didn't even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that either and they didn't vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I'm trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren't cleaning during that time. I couldn't even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It's like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures. Those are crickets on the carpet near the walls. Feel free to check out the photos I posted. These were taken when I came home from work after they had "cleaned" my house. I live alone.

I switched to her after spending close to $10,000 with my previous divorce lawyer who wrote letters…read morebut got nothing accomplished! She was more expensive so I was very reluctant at first to throw good money after bad but she came highly recommended. Melissa gave us solid advice ( some of it was hard to hear ) but we appreciated her honesty. It turned out that even though she cost more per hour --so much more done. At trial she DESTROYED the other side! She was so much better prepared than the other attorney and confident it was stupid. We ended up getting a better deal than we thought possible. And Erica her paralegal was so nice and easy to talk to. I would totally recommend this law firm.
