All Plumbing came out, turned off the gas, attached a 7 inch piece of pipe, and a ball valve. This took very little time. Gas was turned back on and all worked. The cost was $600. The cost of materials was very low. I would think less than $30. If you look at the price charged per hour, it's very high. I contacted the owner and asked if he thought the price was fair. He told me it was. I believe as the consumer you would not agree. This is a small town guys. How you conduct business is important.

The only thing they could do would possibly be " TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY " ....FIVE DAYS later, with water flowing plus NO HOT water. We did not question weekend pricing, etc. But to be known for their Customer Service, I think not. .... btw, called another company, along with time getting parts needed, took no longer than 1.5 hours, and a hot shower before bed.
