I received a call on the day of the appointment at 8:10 am and was told they double booked and would NOT be able to see me that day and rescheduled for the following Thursday. I arrived on time on that Thursday for my appointment. I was asked for completed paperwork that should have been emailed to me. As far as I knew I never received any paperwork and to confirm I tried to check my emails while in the office and asked young lady who email should have come from. She responded she didn't know but from a third party. She also informed me that I would NOT be able to be seen then but could come back at 4 pm with completed paperwork. That is now twice that they have not respected my time but required the $35.00 fee to assure that I would respect there's. I am done. Not sure why I couldn't complete paperwork and then be seen while I was there. I have requested my money back and am waiting. Not holding my breath.

I feel that they were made too quickly. I tried calling the store several times, but no one answered.
