Any person would like to know what's going to happen with their child. He then stands up and is just towering over me and my son is starting h to cry. When dental insurance came back with an explanation.of payments. , telling me I owed less then half , they are giving me the run around when calling for the money back . When I was there on day of surgery I explained that my insurance was in network and that they covered quite a bit . The insurance lady said she was the expert. Want to finish the work that was started with the surgeon but seems it may happen again. Meanwhile they have had 4676.00 dollars of mine since April 10 and my insurance said I only owe 1289.00 the surgical staff was excellent though makes me feel bad for writing this but maybe they need better insurance people in the office. My dentist referred me to them , I will also be telling him about this when I see him next. I have filed a complaint against them to Delta Dental cause they are not upstanding representatives of Delta Dental.

The doctor and the assistant Sylvia explained everything to me in detail, we agreed to do it at that time and 20 minutes later it was removed with no pain and very little discomfort.
