I'm Italian and it's my personality. I truly wasn't anyway. But he was so unprofessional. I just was asking because he wasn't telling us anything. Any person would like to know what's going to happen with their child. He then stands up and is just towering over me and my son is starting h to cry. So we said sorry I dont think you're the dentist for us and he says so nasty "ME EITHER". So before you go here please please look elsewhere. I would suggest that Shari give both Linda and Vicki lessons in customer service, because they are severely lacking. If you have an insurance issue - make sure you speak to Shari for it!
