She helped me optimize the layout of our pool renovation which included an expansion of the decking, added fencing, & screened in porch. She's helped with my office layout, master bedroom closet, and kitchen layout. In all of these scenarios, she brings insight that I haven't found anyone else brings. She cares about the functionality of the space as well as the esthetics. I will continue to use her again and again as projects arise. She's the best organizer around and worth every penny (and then some)! Thank you so much for helping me with all my projects!

So Glad I Found C.Lee of Simplify You!…read more C.Lee is a real gem. Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works. C.Lee really listened, and her ideas helped make the whole house feel more intentional and comfortable. I promise, if you are doing a major renovation, using her "plan review" services will pay off tenfold. Highly recommend!

Our stuff was scattered in storage across three states when we finally moved to our current home. Once we could get everything rejoined in one place, each room was stacked with boxes and we were overwhelmed. We knew we needed help paring down and getting it all organized. We turned to Mindful Organizing and have had an incredible experience. We have worked with Sue to tackle several areas over the past several months. Each time, she makes a project that feels overwhelming seem possible from the get-go. She doesn't push rigid methodologies, but rather helps create sanity and order while adapting to an approach that works for us. And wow, is she efficient! We get more done in a four-hour session with her than we could accomplish in a day or two if we tried to tackle it on our own. She's helpful, motivating, and practical, which we love. Most notably, she is non-judgmental. Her approach has always been shame-free and blame-free, which makes the whole process so much more comfortable and productive. We have loved working with her.

I couldn't bring one more thing into my small house without getting rid of something. I brought Pam in and didn't know where to start. She helped me get started and worked with me for several visits. While I wasn't able to complete my work with her, she put me on the right path to organization and soon I was a regular at the Container Store. Pam and her helpers got me going and the effects have lasted for four years now. In fact, my basement has remained almost spotless since there was a place for everything I had left. I will admit I still have two boxes of papers left upstairs, but that's it and one day I will sit down and scan them. Why am I keeping paper anymore???? I would recommend Pam to anyone who needs a push in the right direction. The fact that her changes were lasting is the best recommendation I can give. Money well spent, for sure.

She helped from sorting through stuff, to selecting a new place, with new finishes, to packing and movers as well as unpacking and setting up the new place. There was plenty of stuff donated to worthy charities and recipients. Dad couldn't envision a future apartment (from his home of 40+ years) and certainly could not. have arranged it all. By the time he got to his new apartment, the old stuff was moved and arranged so well that he was comfortable even that first night. Every time he went to look for an item, it was just where you'd expect it to be! He was surprised, but I had trust in Xan and her whole team from start to finish!

I sent Laura images and agenda items ahead of the visits and she came prepared for the most productive use of our time. I couldn't believe how much we were able to cover in 2 hours- paint colors, wallpaper, fabric, carpet samples, built in design, material suggestions, hardware suggestions, the works! While the cost per hour may seem high for new home owners, the cost savings of her suggestions and vendors she recommends ended up paying for the consultations and then some. I'm sure that value goes even further with access to her trade discounts for full service design. Even without leveraging Laura to order on your behalf, she brings expertise on local vendors and online stores where you can find items you wouldn't otherwise know about. We ended up saving money with our contractor by leaning on suggestions Laura gave us, her notes and drawings are thorough with actionable plans. It was incredibly difficult to find a designer who would do hourly consultations and I'm so glad we found Laura- she has impecable taste, she's efficient and focused, and gave me the confidence to execute decisions on my own in the absense of being able to hire a full time designer. We hope to be able to hire her for a future home! Couldn't recommend enough.
