We had a few glitches that were due to some miscommunication that were slighting upsetting but I give them a 5 for their willingness to step in and quickly resolve all issues for a fabulous outcome that I think we are all proud of. The end result and willingness to admit the small mistakes and correct them by thinking out of the box is what counts. I am a tough customer who demands perfection and in the end we should all be proud of the results. And remember you get what you pay for. Phils worked in conjunction with Winnsupply and between the two of them I think they are the best you will get in the tristate area having the most experience and best product. Again, much better than cabinet companies I have use in the past that sell as high end but really aren't or do not respond to quotes, phone calls or emails.

My husband just got back from LOWES (in Owensboro) The young…read moreman cleaning the carts (to sanitize them)was Not wearing a mask. When asked where his mask was he pointed to his pocket and kept wiping down the carts. My husband spoke to the service desk. Nothing was done. When my husband came back out of the store the person was still "cleaning" the carts without a masks. So we Know the carts at Lowes aren't clean and mandates are being ignored. It is bad enough that they don't have their employees follow state rules but to have that person be maskless for a sanitizing job is inexcusable. Lowes is not on board.

Had I known in store, I could have made better decision. Now out several hundred more for plumber to come by and turn water valve off AND pay them (3rd party vendor form Lowes) to have it "installed" After this experience, slim chance I will ever set foot in Lowes ever again, or anyone else in my immediate circle. The salespeople need to be upfront with the customer, just my humble opinion. They were kind enough to throw me a $15 e gift card for my trouble.
