By far, the best car rental experience I've ever had. When they give you the car, they go around it with you, with their phone in hand, making a video of every corner of the car. That's what I typically do because I've been ripped off so many times. Go Rentals? They pro-actively do it, without you having to ask for it. They went above and beyond to help extend my car rental even though they were fully booked. When you call, they pick up. When you email, they respond. And you actually get to speak with the person who actually works at the rental location. The best part? I did not have any of the typical issues you have to deal with from other car rentals such as charging you for gas when you returned the car with full tank, charging you for damage that was already on the car, charging you insurance that you did not ask for, refusing to refund you for extras you did not ask for, renting you a car without insurance (yep, THAT happened), etc...
