But when I showed up, the same person who said it could be fixed now tells me it'll cost $23 to fix their own poor-quality work? Seriously? I reminded her I had just gotten it done yesterday, and her response was basically too bad, pay up. I said no thanks and walked out -- and I won't be back. If this is how they stand behind their services, it's not worth your time or money. Total waste.

My hair dresser suggested I make an appointment with Amber, and I am so glad I did. I trusted Amber implicitly from the very beginning, and not worrying lent itself to relaxing into a very enjoyable experience. My feet are quite arthritic, but I did not feel embarrassed at all because Amber is not one who makes judgements about people's body parts. The foot message was so nice, the whole body message made me think, "Amber, where have you been all my life?" The facial was not only luxurious, but also divine because Amber went slowly and deliberately. I could tell she aimed to please, and that she was very happy I enjoyed the message and facial so much. When I arrived, I changed into a robe and slippers. My belongings were placed in a box which was brought with me to the spa area. I LOVED how the beds are heated since I am always freezing cold. I do warn whoever comes here though if you CAN NOT lie flat for an extended period of time (1 hour and 15 mins for the Japanese head spa), the session may be uncomfortable for you. I did have a pillow roll placed under my knees for comfort as I do have some back pain. Millie's hands were glorious!!! The facial and scalp massage were so incredibly relaxing I almost fell asleep. The serene music that is playing along with the dim lighting for ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere to drift away toward a land of relaxation! The session starts off with aromatherapy and then moves to the facial portion. The scalp massage is also mixed in as well. I loved the shoulder, upper chest and neck massage as well. For my scalp, I do remember the spider like device being used, vibration therapy and multiple washes and rinses. I left the spa feeling so extremely calm and ready for bed. Millie also blow dried and braided my hair too. The before and after photos of my scalp were astounding! The difference was unbelievable. The high concentration of salt makes it easy to float on your back and the tank is large enough for you to stretch. The tank is soundproof and can be made dark or you can keep the light on. If you make it dark this gives you a sensory deprivation experience that will encourage you to go into a quiet, meditative state while floating. The salt in the solution will also help you with stress relief and dull pains and aches.
