What a fantastic experience at Haus head spa! This was my second time here and I did the Japanese Head Spa with Millie. Absolutely phenomenal 10/10!!!! When I arrived, I changed into a robe and slippers. My belongings were placed in a box which was brought with me to the spa area. I LOVED how the beds are heated since I am always freezing cold. I do warn whoever comes here though if you CAN NOT lie flat for an extended period of time (1 hour and 15 mins for the Japanese head spa), the session may be uncomfortable for you. I did have a pillow roll placed under my knees for comfort as I do have some back pain. Millie's hands were glorious!!! The facial and scalp massage were so incredibly relaxing I almost fell asleep. The serene music that is playing along with the dim lighting for ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere to drift away toward a land of relaxation! The session starts off with aromatherapy and then moves to the facial portion. The scalp massage is also mixed in as well. I loved the shoulder, upper chest and neck massage as well. For my scalp, I do remember the spider like device being used, vibration therapy and multiple washes and rinses. I left the spa feeling so extremely calm and ready for bed. Millie also blow dried and braided my hair too. The before and after photos of my scalp were astounding! The difference was unbelievable. In addition, before I walked out, I had a choice of some snacks and drinks from a refrigerator which I very much appreciated. We had three professional that worked well with us. The whole process was really interesting. We all agreed that we would've liked more hair massaging than our neck and chest and face. it was definitely something if you want a nice afternoon with your girlfriend to relax and feel pampered. To start off I've been to handful of headspas throughout the country. This one is my least favorite, just not my cup of tea. The building itself is very nice. There is a total of 4 blow dry stations and head spa tables. The area where they do the head spas is an open room with shear curtains dividing each table. Not my favorite being out in the open as you can hear every time a person comes through and they usually are having a conversation. I paid to add a facial to head spa. She started with the facial and that's when I noticed that the head rest was extremely hard and uncomfortable. This totally could just have been me but it kinda of ruined the experience. The facial and head spa was extremely gentle. Lots of light touch and lathering of hair. I'm used to getting SCRUBBED so the gentleness left me bored. I think I would have been a little relaxed if the head rest was more comfortable. As for the facial it was nice but nothing amazing. My scalp was visibly cleaner. Overall the facility was very clean and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Just not something that I would do it. But, if you want some gentle massage and hair washing this is the place for you!! read more

Head spas have been viral all over social media and I thought I'd be a great gift for my mom for Christmas. She, like many women, always thinks of herself for last and I know she can use a little forced relaxation. I am also usually in desperate need for a little self care so I decided to schedule an appt for the both of us to try out a head spa for the first time together. We entered the spa and were kindly greeted and offered a yummy juice with fresh fruit. After checking in we were guided to some chairs and had our "before" scan of our scalp. Me and my mom are on opposite ends of the hair washing scale. She washes her hair everyday religiously and I wash 1-2 times per week. Both of our scans showed some clogged hair follicles and build up on the scalp. We were escorted to the back rooms where they do the actual service. They provide you a robe and slippers to change into and give you a little basket to hold your clothes in. The service was amazing. A full hour of bliss for my hair, head, face and neck. The massage on my scalp was the perfect amount of pressure. The whole treatment was the definition of pure relaxation. The room has about 5 total tables in it but everyone is very quiet and in the spa zone. After the treatment was over she massaged my neck and beck as I was sitting up and then brought me my clothes to change back. After the treatment I was guided to the same area for scanning to get my hair dryed. They dried the scalp and then scanned again to show the after. I had a lot of clogged follicles which were definitely cleared up and my hair felt and smelled amazing. Haus hair spa is a perfect way to relax and give your scalp and hair a little TLC. read more

This was my first scalp analysis/spa experience and it was incredible. It's interesting to see your scalp at close inspection and the build up that can happen with product use. I also found out my hair is pretty healthy despite the bleaching I've done. It was also nice to get tips and information to get your scalp clean and free of build up. The actual scalp experience literally feels like a facial for your scalp. There's aroma therapy and massages. It's a deep cleaning for your scalp/hair. I clean my scalp/hair pretty thoroughly but this was another level. If you've never done this before, I highly recommend you book an experience here! read more

We visited Haus Head Spa on a Saturday afternoon, and it was such a great experience! My 13-year-old daughter had been wanting to try a head spa for a while, and this was the perfect treat. I had been to another local head spa recently and enjoyed it, but Haus is priced slightly lower, so I was curious to see how it compared. Honestly, it exceeded expectations. The space is calm and beautifully designed--even though it looks like they're still finishing up some construction. The treatment area has about four stations separated by curtains, creating a peaceful and private environment. We did the 40-minute express head spa, and it was fantastic. Super relaxing! In addition to multiple scalp treatments, they also massaged our face, neck, and shoulders, which felt amazing. The aromatherapy was a lovely touch as well. The treatment ends with a blow dry--just enough so you're not leaving with wet hair (not a full style, but totally fine for an express session). Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and my daughter absolutely loved it. We both left feeling refreshed and pampered. We'll definitely be back--next time for the longer session! First of all, it was very relaxing laying under the halo... the scalp massages and all the steps themselves were great ... but unfortunately they do not utilize quality products, so my hair did not feel soft and conditioned when I walked out. I have healthy virgin hair ... given the proper shampoo and conditioner, my hair doesn't need much to look and feel soft. Also, I went for the hydro jelly facial which involved many steps, but at the end they applied no moisturizer and my face felt like cardboard on the way out. Overall, I expected Japanese or Korean products, but i didn't see any around. The one brand I did see can be found at the supermarket... Finally, the person who took care of me was quite robotic. She lacked warmth and was far from welcoming. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Come in, sit down, get your hair blown out (no brush just hot air), then hurry up and leave because ... NEXT! So my experience started on Wednesday I called them to make an appointment, I paid the deposit, and mentioned I have 15% off weekday coupon. They said ok no problem. Anyways I had a really bad head cold and had to postpone to Thursday and they said fine and rescheduled, I was still sick on Thursday and requested to postpone to Friday, they told me to download the app. I told them I couldn't and scheduled via phone for that reason. They were hesitant but did it, anyways Friday came, my first impression is the salon is right next to a Vape shop. Not the best location to bring daughters too, when I got through the door the first instinct was to turn around and leave because the smell of strong bad plumbing system, really yucky and muggy smell was piercing and pungent. However deposit is non refundable so I continued with the appointment. The massage lady was super nice, gave me a basket with slippers and skirt top robe. Explained how it works. It was my first time there and by my impression based on their instagram propaganda it said hair analysis was included. I asked about it and she said not the express. I said "oh " and moved on. I changed rather quickly, laid down, she had me smell some eucalyptus on her hands, and started the massage, her hands were a little rough on my head but she did ask about pressure and I said lighter, she was a notch lighter (still rough for me) and then moved to shoulders which was too light and I told her a little harder. She improved and got a knot out on right side. The whole massage was maybe 7 min in all or less? Very quick. Face massage was maybe 4 min or so? The water process was the longest. And the smell was really irritating to a point I couldn't relax. I thought it would go away because we adjust to smells within 5 minutes but honestly it bothered me so much I thought I would stink of it. When she finished everything she had me change, and brought me a cold water, and started drying, she then handed me off to the receptionist girl (who did not wash hands or put sanitize on them) walked over and started to dry my hair, she dried half way, and wanted me to leave. I asked to finish drying hair all the way, because I didn't want it to curl up. She then started again and shortly after asked if it was enough, I explained needed more. She then proceeded to finish. She was nice about it, no complaints, I just think lack of experience as she is very young, or maybe wanted the chair cleared? There was no one there at the time. Once done she said she will charge me. I mentioned the coupon, and it was Friday, she said it no longer applies (they did not mention this in the beginning when they had me check in). I said no problem. I wanted to pay via Apple Pay, it's a spa. I was ready to tap the card, she asked about me tapping it, then said "oh, we are having card issues" and asked me to show physical card. To which I replied I didn't bring with me because it's a spa, I didn't carry a purse. She then asked for zelle. Luckily we got it figured out. But anyways my experience was it's very rushed. Massage is very very short. So only great thing is if you don't like washing at home this is good, but not $75 worth it. Would I go again? Yes if the smell of the plumbing is gone, maybe put Eucalyptus in the air strong enough? And if they lower rate for basic service. read more

I was freezing, the water's temperature kept changing from hot to cold, didn't get much head and scalp massage. However I sent my adult kids in for a gift of a service after telling them how great it was and their experience wasn't the same. Shorted time for their service and less enjoyable for them. I was looking forward to this so much and I had went on my birthday a few weeks ago, but was very disappointed. My appointment was for 10 AM on a weekday and I had to wait outside for someone to finally show up at 10:05 which is not a huge deal but seeing that then I was already five minutes into my appointment and the person was flustered and nothing was set up It was just very unprofessional. the woman told me to wait at the front desk while they got things situated and I stood there for another five minutes by a tray of cookies that had ants crawling all over it. I booked one of the expensive packages with massage and everything, and I have to say the scalp part was the worst part. It was not relaxing, I was given slippers that had someone's black hair on them, and the person who is doing my scout massage walked away for five minutes during it and I had no idea where she was. There was no one else operating the front desk so I assume she had to go handle something up there. Then it all ended 10 minutes early. I didn't even say anything at that point because I was so frustrated. i had Been so excited to go to a head spa so this was a bummer. read more
