After traversing across greater Milwaukee and visiting a multitude of dealerships with less than ideal experiences, I have truly found both a "car home" away from home and quite honestly a family in Alpha Motors, New Berlin. While the cozy, clean, and welcoming dealership itself is the quintessential representation of a proud family-owned business, Yanni and his team are world-class when it comes to their detailed knowledge about cars and passionate commitments to customer service. Yanni literally spent HOURS on the phone with me over the course of a week as we went over each and every single detail and feature I was looking for in a used car. I felt as if I was talking to a mechanical engineer, sales manager, fellow customer, car enthusiast, and friend all in one. He supported me both in my personal research/opinions yet extended so much insight, experience, and knowledge that truly made me feel like a confident and informed consumer. Alpha Motors strives to uphold their strong family values not only within their business, but within their customer service and relationships; they genuinely function on the model of finding the best car for YOU and build relationships with their customers as if they were selling a car to one of their own. THANK YOU so much Alpha Motors! You have a lifelong customer, fan, and friend, and had we not been observing social distancing, I would've given your team both a handshake and a hug :)

All have been with the same salesperson, Big Mike. I couldn't be happier. Before the first car we tried multiple dealerships. It was the mixed bag of awfulness that makes people like me dreading buying cars. Got a recommendation to go to Wilde and ask for Big Mike. Saved us. A year later, we needed a new car. Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Even so, once my free service is over, I probably won't drive an hour to get my car serviced.

How can a dealership in Waukesha County get away with that? Waukesha County requires all vehicles to pass emissions if you are a resident... yet they can sell you a vehicle that doesn't pass emissions? That's so backwards! I spoke with the General Manager and he just didn't care to resolve or find a solution or even have an answer for the unethical business that is a total clown show that he's running.

UPDATE as of 7/16/2019:…read more Well, I decided to give Boucher 1 more chance after my previous very poor experience with my 2017 GMC Sierra. I revised the review to 3 stars, after the dealership saw the review and took care of the issue shortly after. Only after the review came out did a resolution finally come about, however I will say that it was handled professionally and I had no complaints after. Fast forward to last week: I took my Sierra back in to Boucher, not only because they are less than 10 minutes from my house, but also because I decided I would give them another chance for a warranty issue that arose on my truck. I had been going to another dealership prior to this, driving 30 minutes away for any of my service needs. I regret to say that I am going to continue driving to another dealer as far away from Boucher as I possibly can and I can say with confidence that I will never buy a vehicle from them and will advise anyone that asks about them to do the same. My Sierra started experiencing the classic 8 speed transmission torque converter shudder at 35k miles, explained in TSB 18-NA-355which was recently released by GM for this EXACT issue that has been plaguing these 8 speed transmissions since 2016. I explained to the service advisor what was going on and they got the truck in the following day for inspection. I also had a recent open recall for the electronic brake control module that needed to be reprogrammed. I got a phone call stating that the service tech test drove the vehicle and stated it was tire related and recommended road force balancing and/or tire replacement. Mind you, my original issue with Boucher and the service manager stems back to these tires, when THEY road force balanced them and replaced them originally. The service bulletin states that any vehicle equipped with the 8 speed transmission that experiences shuddering is covered for this fix and GM no longer requires a picoscope test for TCC shudder verification. Not only would they not perform the new Mobil 1 Transmission fluid flush based off of the TSB I referenced to the service advisor, but they did not even fix the brake recall issue while the truck was in the shop! I found this out when the other dealer informed me that the recall was still open and had not been done. Strike 3. I picked the truck up, took it to a Holz dealership and had it back in my garage the same day. I gave the service writer a vague, but brief description of what was going on, because I wanted them to diagnose it. It was properly diagnosed by the tech there, the transmission fluid was flushed and replaced according to the referenced TSB on my copy of the service report, and the recall was complete. The truck is fixed, and I actually like the 8 speed now! This TSB is the real deal fix finally! Why couldn't it be that easy? Apparently I have to diagnose issues with my vehicle, since the Boucher team can't seem to figure out GM TSB's! Also, letting a vehicle leave with an open recall on the brake system is just absolutely awful practice and complete lack of care. I passed this information along via phone to another service writer at Boucher last week. No surprise, there has been no response. They are absolutely, by far the worst dealership in the state, and I am confident in that.

All of the team was attentive to our needs, from management down and almost clairvoyant whenever we encountered additional requirements for the purchase. Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.

When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically mentioned the coupon and was told to bring it with me for the appointment. When I arrived, the service manager reviewed the coupon and informed me that the cost would be higher because my SQ5 has a larger engine than what the coupon covered. I expected to pay a little extra for additional oil, which seemed reasonable. However, I was then told that a standard oil change normally costs $350, which struck me as excessive. After some back-and-forth, I ultimately paid approximately $170--almost double the advertised coupon price. The bigger issue came when I was advised that my upcoming 40,000-mile service would cost around $1,900. The service included an oil change, six spark plugs, an air filter, and lubricating the moonroof. That price seemed outrageous, so I contacted several other Audi dealerships for comparison. The quotes I received from other dealers for the same service were generally in the $600 to $700 range. Charging nearly three times what other Audi dealerships charge for essentially the same work feels like price gouging. The service advisor I worked with was very friendly and professional, and the service manager was courteous as well. Unfortunately, the pricing practices left a very negative impression. If a dealership sends out promotional coupons, they should clearly disclose any exclusions upfront and honor the advertised pricing whenever possible. Because of this experience, I will not be returning with any of my vehicles

The next day I called three times sent an e-mail asking him to call me . BUT did not include the video inspection of the service performed or a report of the multi point vehicle inspection on the vehicle. I had a $50.00 dollar coupon that I wanted to apply at the cashier but was told I could apply it, that only Coby could reduce the bill by the coupon. UNBELIEVABLLE ..
