This business has unfortunately elected to hire some of the most unhinged, unsafe drivers I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Left us fearing for our lives as the driver went 25mph above the speed limit down the freeway, swerving between lanes, cutting in front of people with no use of turn signals and no regard for other drivers or the speed limit. Maybe the driver also works as an ambulance driver and forgot which job he was at. Just terrible and not a company you want to interact with following a traumatic experience with your vehicle. read more

My rental car acquired an extremely flat tire just before I entered the Wisconsin Memorial Park. Pressed for time and out of my current state of residency, I feared that I would be very late for my appointment. But instead of waiting 45 minutes, as AAA predicted, I met Jimmy of Jimmie's Towing within ten minutes of placing my distress call. Jimmy was delightfully pleasant and reassuring. I love getting snide remarks on the phone when we call, getting told he was on the way as he said he was getting out of bed, and claiming to get us another tow truck when he left after he couldn't help us and actually never getting us another tow truck.
