Kenny actually was not managing the property and had someone else doing the work. She ended up in the hospital for 2 months and no one responded for weeks at a time. They collected thousands in rents which I had to constantly fight for. This caused numerous late fees and 3 vacancies that could have been avoided. They finally sent me a handwritten "Statement". I will be filing a complaint with the state of OK for management fees charged that Kenny agreed to return to me.
