Well after going through 3 project managers in a 2 week period - the project was completed - not as verbally agreed upon with builders telling me what we spoke about was not possible. Wayne Mahalic (owner) is way out of his league trying to run a business of this magnitude- poor communication, dishonest (still haven't received a $500 refund promised on June 26th) and just not very professional - unless he cleans up the business and finds a way to keep quality builders from quitting projects - think twice about contracting with the business.

After months of excuses Wayne and a helper came out to start building the pavilion. 9/7/22 Wayne wrote a Facebook post boasting about how much work they were capable of completing in 2 days. Well, that was the last I saw Wayne and his helper in person. I have removed my existing shed and now have a pavilion with no roof on it. He accepted 13,446 dollars and can't even have the decency to return an email or call. I have made multiple complaints to no avail. Be careful with this guy he will promise the world to you and seem genuine. But after a long 6 months of waiting, I have nothing completed and out 13k. Beware!

I reluctantly set up another appointment for the following week. When Paul finally did arrive, he was unprepared and lacked focus. He didn't have a tape measure, didn't ask many questions and he didn't take notes. I actually provided him with a sketch and estimated dimensions. Now, over a month later, there has been no estimate. I called the office hoping to get a plausible excuse so I wouldn't have to write this negative review. I was told he would get back to me, which of course never happened. I can understand if you don't want to do the job. A simple a courtesy call would have sufficed. Apparently that was too much for this Contractor who evidently just subs out the work anyway.

They did a very large paver project in our back yard last week. It looks amazing! They helped level out our existing yard that had drainage problems and build up a privacy fence for our hot tub. It's now May and he does not answer his number as he avoids us. His daughter covers for him with fake excuses on why it's taking so long and now it looks like we are not the only ones. We have reached him only by using different numbers for which he makes things up and then hangs up on them. He is to be avoided at all cost. This has become a pattern and it should be investigated for fraud. He is in breach of contract.

We had a pond/water feature designed and built by English Gardener some years ago. It has been…read moreinoperable for over two years now and we have called them multiple times to come and service. After two years of zero returned calls, we had to call in a new vendor and he informed us that it needs a complete rebuild. The estimate for this is almost $10K. The pond liner has been destroyed as they neglected to put in a protective barrier-very poor workmanship (amongst other things). STAY AWAY unless you don't mind completely redoing their work from scratch every 10-15 years. Very costly mistake on our part.

On May 28th, Joseph said "total so far is $1350 plus tax, and on budget". A week later, he sent me a bill for $2179.35... 21% over budget. Three months, terrible communications, disregarded commitments, and 21% over the agreed maximum budget. You decide if this is acceptable customer service.
