It was getting dark and they said they would be back in morning. Their work rope hanging from tree, and they never came back. I have reached out and after several months will be starting small claims process. We believe we were a quick extra cash job because christmas was days away. We paid them what they asked and added additional cash in appreciation. In need of help we made a cash, no reciept, tax free arrangement. But texts are reciepts in court. We are disabled but not incapable. Trust No One!​

Upon initial estimates he seemed to have his business together and claimed to be licensed and insured (I found out later through the city that he is not), I also noticed that his business address listed here at 3 Fairbanks Ave is fake. During the course of the first few days of the project I started noticing numerous red flags including the poor quality of his work which was not just terrible but flat out concerning. Adrian only worked 1-3 hours every couple of days. He did not repair anything to code. He also left a huge mess that had to be ripped back out and re-worked by a new contractor that I had to hire. I tried to be reasonable and allow him to keep some of the money for some of the work he did but he had no intention of making it right. I eventually had to fire him and won judgement in small claims court. He is still out there to my knowledge scamming good honest people please learn from my misfortune and do your research on contractors.
