When confronted the owner she said her contract doesn't state how many time they have to promote or how hard they have to try to sell your house when you sign their contract. I had to do my own videos, pictures, and promoting. The agent didn't have her own business page and was asking me to help her. I had to hold the agents hand for the 116 or so days my house was on the market. The owner of this company said that I shouldn't have had to do that and that her agent should have asked for help or talked to someone but she could not let me out of contract without holding me hostage on the contract only because she had to protect the integrity of her agent. Also, I asked the owner for three simple things. I asked her for effort, proof of effort and I asked her what is she going to do or what is her agent going to do different or that she hasn't done already for the remainder of the contract and the owner of the company said she could not handle those three requirements so she terminated me and said the contract still stick. She then sent me an email saying we were good to go then had her lawyer send an email to refer back to original contract that the owner is holding us hostage to. When I asked the lawyer for clarity because I have the owner saying one thing and the lawyer saying something different. The lawyer just said she's not here to help clarify and to get my own council. This companies way of doing business is a trash. I now keep being told by many ppl this is how the owner and the company is ran and they are known to do this.

She then had Karina Oliva to give me a call. I explained to Karina the situation. Karina said she would let Tyler know to open the door for me and that Tyler could not answer any of my questions since she was not my agent. No one showed up to the home, no one called to say they could not make the appointment. This is very unprofessional, and childish behavior for real estate agents. I drove 75 miles to see this home.
